Dầu ớt cấp độ Chungwoo 2kg - Trợ thủ đắc lực dành cho các quán ăn, nhà hàng chuyên kinh doanh về những món ăn cay nồng xé lưỡi, gây tê tái cho người dùng, mở ra những thách thức chinh phục vị cay thú vị đầy hấp dẫn.

Dầu ớt cấp độ được sản xuất bằng cách chiết xuất thành phần capsaicin từ ớt đỏ tươi, đây là một chất có độ cay cao mà các loại ớt tươi hay bột ớt thông thường không thể đem lại được. Thay vì thêm thật nhiều bột ớt hay ớt tươi thì chỉ với 1~2 muỗng dầu ớt là đã đạt được độ cay và có thể điều chỉnh như mong muốn.

Sản phẩm được chế biến dưới dạng sốt tiện lợi cho việc chế biến đa dạng các món xào hoặc những món canh súp như canh đậu hũ non sundubu, canh thịt bò cay yukgaejang, mì cay cấp độ, bạch tuộc xào cay, chân gà cay, canh hải sản jjambong, lòng heo cay, tokbokki,..giúp món ăn có vị cay thơm đậm đà, đỏ rực bắt mắt cùng độ sáng bóng bẫy đầy hấp dẫn.

Rất thích hợp dùng để tăng độ cay cho món mì cay 7 cấp độ gây sốt giới trẻ hiện nay. Những món ăn Việt Nam như lẩu, súp, bún, phở hay các món xào cần đến vị cay cũng đều có thể sử dụng dầu ớt.

Thành phần: Đường hoa quả, nước tinh khiết, maltodextrin, mạch nha, oleo resin capsicum (chiết xuất ớt tươi tự nhiên 3.388%), muối tinh, tinh bột biến tính, rượu trắng, chất nhũ hóa (INS415, 432), vitasen S, giấm men (nước, rượu, chiết xuất mạch nha 0.2%, dinh dưỡng lên men), chất điều chỉnh độ axit (INS330), chất bảo quản (INS214) 0.02%, nước chiết xuất trái bưởi.
