Rabbit PCT (Procalcitonin) ELISA KitThe Rabbit PCT (Procalcitonin) ELISA Kit measures PCT in Rabbit Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti PCT antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody.

The Rabbit PCT (Procalcitonin) ELISA Kit measures PCT in Rabbit Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti PCT antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with PCT bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of PCT in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

What I ended up with was a rich and beautiful telling of the experiences of a young Palestinian-American girl who is trying to find her voice in a world that misunderstands and silences her. She is the hero that so many students need to hear about. Ida in the Middle beautifully weaves history, culture, and hope together for an empowering story of justice.

We are past due for Palestinian American heroines!
Format: Hardcover
Such an engaging read for this adult. How many books for older children have a Palestinian American main character as engaging as Ida? Not since Amani in "The Shepherd's Granddaughter" by Anne Laurel Carter (2010) or Liyana in "Habibi" by Naomi Shihab Nye (1997). We need diverse books and MORE of them. They are good food for discussion.
