limit:1 bottle per over HKD800 order樂器正宗一般都是貫徹酸化對策，以開瓶時醒神的炭酸感和開瓶後緩緩擴散開去的味道為特徵。
但今次新登場的生詰，讓酒在適當地接觸空氣，味道得以綻放的狀態下入瓶，所以在開瓶後可以立刻感受到飲用時的味道。
飲用時的炭酸感是比較少，但陣陣的香氣和溫和的甜味，讓人聯想到白葡萄。
多年沒被使用樂器正宗這個名名字、在2016年大木社長到訪高木酒造時、高木社長問他為何不把樂器正宗再次推出市場、令大木社長有把樂器正宗復刻的念頭。那時候、對於造酒也受過技術指導。楽器正宗的本醸造是參考十四代本丸而釀造出來、加上大木社長獨自的造酒理論令酒質一年比一年好。
利用他們的技術、釀出的另一款銘柄的便是自然郷。2017年、第五代蔵元傳人“大木雄太社長”第一次直接策劃純米酒「自然郷」、世界最大的日本酒比賽SAKE COMPETITION上展出、SAKE COMPETITION 主辦單位評審「はせがわ酒店」長谷川浩一社長在比賽中，所有1919支清酒中評分最高。參賽清酒當中有不少超級出名的清酒品牌包括十四代。因此清酒「自然郷」的品質已經進步到佔一席位。
