New from Blendtec: the long-awaited BPA-Free J2 64 ounce blending jar. Blendtec designed their new jar to be free of chemical additive Bisphenol A just to be on the safe side. This new jar design is quieter than the polycarbonate and also includes the one-piece soft lid. The double wing-tipped 3-inch blade powers through ice, fruit, and ice cream for the perfect smoothie texture. This new Blendtec Jar is NSF-Certified warranted for commercial and home use (1 year for the container, lifetime warranty for blade and coupling). Blendtec J2 part number: 40-609-61 (soft lid standard with Smoother and ABC). Standard (ounces and cups) markings on left side of the handle. Metric (milliliters) markings on right side. This replacement part is for use with Blendtec Commercial Blenders.
