Ingredients

Clary Sage, also known as Salvia sclarea, is an herb that grows in the Mediterranean, North Africa, and central Asia. It has pink flowers and gray-green leaves that have a sweet musky scent.

Woolzies Clary Sage Essential Oil is steam distilled from the flowers and leaves of the plant.

How to Use:

Diffuse

Diffuse clary sage oil by adding 3-5 drops per 100ml of water to an oil diffuser.

 Skin & Body

Use clary sage oil topically by diluting 4-6 drops in 20ml (2 Tbsp) of carrier oil.

Massage this oil into the muscles to relieve tension and into the abdomen to relieve menstrual discomfort.

Soak in a relaxing and soothing bath by adding 1 cup of Epsom salts, 2 Tbsp of carrier oil, 5 drops of clary sage oil, 4 drops of lavender oil, and 2 drops of frankincense oill.

Make an uplifting room and linen spray by combining 1 cup water, 1/2 cup pure vodka, 15 drops clary sage oil, 10 drops bergamot oil, and 10 drops sandalwood oil in a spray bottle

Clary sage oil blends well with sandalwood, frankincense, lavender, geranium, bergamot, lemon, and sweet orange essential oils.

For an uplifting cheerful blend, combine 5 drops clary sage oil, 5 drops sweet orange oil, and 5 drops lemon oil.
