  • • Heat therapy: Warm in the microwave for 1 minute, shake, then heat in 30-second intervals until desired warmth is reached.
    • Cooling therapy: Place inside a ziplock bag and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
    • Cleaning: Remove the outer cover to machine wash. Do not wash the inner wheat-filled bag—spot clean with a damp cloth as needed.
