Six Questions Your Altitude Trampoline Park Franchise Pitch Deck Must Answer

We built this franchise unit pitch deck in Microsoft PowerPoint using our own deep-dive research into the active-tainment sector. All slides are pre-populated with realistic data, including a Year 1 revenue target of $3,190,000 and a 4-year payback period, and are defintely easy to edit. This tool gives you a credible, data-backed foundation to present your business growth strategy to any financial stakeholder.

Why now, and what urgent local customer need does this franchise unit address?

Local families are moving away from passive screen time toward high-energy, safe, and social experiences that combine fitness with fun. This franchise fills the gap for a premium, weather-proof destination that handles everything from daily exercise to high-end events in a single 30,000-square-foot facility.

Meeting Local Demand

  • Provides a safe, climate-controlled environment for year-round activity
  • Solves the 'stressful birthday' problem with turnkey party packages
  • Offers a recurring value through tiered membership subscriptions
[dynamic_pic9]

What does this franchise unit offer, and why is its solution meaningfully better than local alternatives?

This unit offers a diversified mix of high-performance trampolines and ninja warrior courses that cater to multiple age groups and skill levels. Unlike basic play centers, our model focuses on high-touch service and superior safety standards, creating a premium 'active-tainment' experience that justifies higher ticket prices.

The Premium Edge

  • Integrated ninja courses provide a 'sport-like' challenge for older kids
  • Safety supervisors and court monitors ensure a controlled environment
  • High-end facility design attracts affluent households and corporate groups
[dynamic_pic10]

Who buys from this franchise unit, and how big is the local opportunity (TAM/SAM/SOM)?

The primary customers are affluent households with school-aged children and local youth sports leagues seeking celebration venues. With Year 1 revenue projected at $3,190,000 and growing to over $5.3 million by Year 5, the local opportunity is significant for a well-positioned site near high-traffic intersections.

Market Scale and Reach

  • Targeting thousands of local families within a 15-minute drive
  • Capturing mid-week revenue through school fundraisers and spirit nights
  • Projecting $1.1 million in Year 1 general admission sales alone
[dynamic_pic11]

How does this franchise unit make money, and what are the core revenue streams and unit economics?

The revenue model relies on four pillars: general admission, birthday parties, memberships, and group events. Here's the quick math: with $550,000 in Year 1 party sales and a 6% royalty fee, the model maintains strong margins even after accounting for the $40,000 monthly facility rent.

Revenue and Margin Drivers

  • General admission drives high-volume weekend foot traffic and cash flow
  • Birthday packages offer premium margins and turnkey event hosting
  • Membership fees provide predictable, recurring monthly revenue streams
[dynamic_pic12]

Who are the main local competitors, and what is this franchise unit's defensible edge?

Main competitors include low-cost trampoline parks, local bowling alleys, and family fun centers. Our defensible edge is the 'active-tainment' branding and the high-performance equipment that rivals cannot easily replicate without significant capital reinvestment.

Our Competitive Moat

  • Exclusive membership perks drive long-term loyalty and repeat visits
  • Strategic partnerships with local school districts create a steady lead funnel
  • High-touch service model differentiates us from self-service competitors
[dynamic_pic13]

How much funding is required, what will the funds be used for, and what milestones will that unlock for the franchise unit?

The total startup capital is approximately $2.4 million, primarily covering $850,000 in leasehold improvements and $650,000 for specialized trampoline systems. These funds unlock the path to a March 2026 breakeven and a Year 1 EBITDA of $1,126,000.

Investment and Milestones

  • $50,000 franchise fee and $350,000 for ninja warrior courses
  • $80,000 for signage and exterior buildout to drive visibility
  • Targeting full investment payback within 4 years of operations
Finance: update unit break-even and payback model by Friday.

Excellent value, consistent fit, cool, comfortable and durable.
Size: Large, Color: Army Green
I have purchased 20 plus of these shirts in the past six months. The first batch in spring, figuring if any inconsistencies or quality issues arose upon delivery, no problem. Amazon's return policy has always been hassle free. After trying on the fourth shirt and noticing no outstanding flaws or differences, all were simply opened, laundered and hung on a hanger. The material is 100 percent cotton, but assuming they are removed from the dryer immediately (medium heat) - no ironing necessary. No appreciable shrinking is observed and no outliers in the batch. My sport shirt size is men's US large regular fit. Other relevant sizes - 17.5 inch neck, 46 inch shoulders, 34 inch sleeves and 36 inch waist. Overall fit of these shirts is of appropriate roominess without bagginess. Shirt tail length is spot on, work dress code requires tucked in, and they stay tucked in. Casual requires not tucked in, and unless I am reaching for the sky with both hands while on tip toes, the shirt tail/ belt line is not breached. The sleeve length could have been extended by an inch since they taper to an elastic cuff, requiring that the sleeves are pulled back to original position following an extended reach. But given the choice, the sleeves as is are preferred over a straight cut without the elastic cuff. As an upgrade to the T shirt appearance of the shirt tail when not tucked in, the side seams end with a reinforced, one inch inverted V, a feature not typical in this price range. To date, durability has not been an issue. Fraying, fabric pilling and fading have not occurred. It is quite difficult, if not impossible, to differentiate the age of two duplicate color shirts purchased in two separate batches. Again, excellent value, consistent fit, cool, comfortable and durable!

An Extinct Breed - Get before they are gone
Size: Medium, Color: Red
In my day polos used to be soft thick 100 % cotton with generous sleeves covering the upper arm till above the elbows and collars standing high and grand and covering the back of the neck till below the hairline. They had substantial structure/body (shape that held) and ultra comfortable soft cotton. This was my go to piece of clothing to step out in (as opposed to round neck collarless T-Shirts that I wore only at home or for sporting activities). However, this simple good thing was not to be taken for granted. As time went by, I watched in horror this simple evergreen staple slowly vanish - being replaced by plastic, toxic, carcinogenic trash (synthetic, polyester, 'performance', 'hi-tech') being passed as clothing riding solely on deceptive/misleading/convincing marketing and rapidly transient 'fast fashion trends'. These pieces of junk being passed as 'performance polos'/'hi-tech' had no 'body', clung to your skin like plastic, caused my sensitive skin to itch, with arms so short as if there was shortage of clothing material in the world and were of such thin cheap uncomfortable material that I would wonder how in the world do people put these on their bodies. The 'trend' continued ... Fast forward to the present day, finding the 'cotton polo of my youth' is like finding a dinosaur. The polo I grew up with is practically extinct - replaced by trash made with ever cheaper feeling and more toxic materials. Its a win win for the corporates/brands - cheap synthetic lab created materials astronomically marked up (riding on advertisement) - filling the corporate pockets unlike never before and successfully 're-programming' the minds and purchasing behavior of the new generation to accept, get used to, and even get addicted to such toxic 'hi-tech' trash. As for the manufacturing ? No problem - hire some MBA's (with zero knowledge/passion for good quality textile/garment manufacturing) - their sole purpose to be 'maximizing profits' for the next 'earnings report' and they would find the 'cheapest' offshore factory to outsource the manufacturing to. This being a continuous process - if you get a cheaper bid from another factory, just switch to it. No wonder you can never get consistent material, sizing, quality for the exact same product purchased even months apart. Not just that - even brands that sold fantastic quality 100 % cotton polos at a very reasonable price like Tommy Hilfiger etc went STEEP DOWNHILL. A Tommy Hilfiger polo being sold today is NOWHERE NEAR anything like the quality they had even a few years ago (even though still being theoritically 100 % cotton, the quality (material, cut) now is absolutely junk - in fact they went from being my favorite Polo Shirts (thick, soft, cloud like cotton with generous neck and sleeves and amazing body, texture and shape and in high quality colors and finish) to absolutely shockingly unwearable pieces of garbage (thin, rough, itchy cotton with skimpy sleeves and flat collars and dull cheap finsih and colors with NO lusture, body whatsoever). I always wish I had seen this day come. I would have stocked up on a lifetim's supply of 'real' clothing when they were still available. Given the above, I am extremely surprised (pleasantly) by this Amazon Essentials Cotton Polo. This is 100 % cotton, has generous non-skimpy sleeves and has decent material and shape reminiscent of the 100 % cotton polo I am habituated to from my time. Quality of material wise - it is about 65% - 70% of the cotton polos of yesteryears - BUT - even THAT - is like finding diamond (or a dinosaur) in these abhorrent-clothing-times for the 100 % cotton polo lover. Get this before the 'real cotton polo' is gone for good. I think I may be getting a few.

Sometimes Good, Sometimes Not So Good...
Size: X-Large, Color: Aqua
I've bought several of these shirts in the past, and I've always been very happy with them, right up until my latest purchase. Apparently, depending on which color/style you choose, the shirts may be manufactured in a completely different country. And despite Amazon's efforts to make sure their clothing brands have consistent sizing across the board, it's now clear to me that some of those countries are not on the same page. Case in point: Guatemala. My latest Amazon Essentials polo shirt purchases consisted of the colors 'light yellow' and 'rust'. Now, the light yellow shirt seems fine. Maybe a tiny bit smaller than my previous shirt purchases, but nothing major. (I think it says made in Chihuahua - but it's hard to tell.) However, the rust colored shirt is drastically smaller than all my similar-sized Amazon polo shirts. I bought it in size Large, but the shirt tail alone is nearly four inches shorter than my previously purchased Amazon Essentials polo shirts. And while the Large-sized Amazon polo shirts normally fit me quite comfortably, with a little bit of room to spare, this rust-colored shirt is skin-tight. If I didn't know any better, I'd swear it was a size Medium masquerading as Large. All of my previous shirt purchases (I now realize) are labeled as being made in either Madagascar or Vietnam. Those are great. They fit wonderfully. But this new rust-colored shirt (once again, same brand - Amazon Essentials) is labeled as made in Guatemala. And let me tell you, the factory in Guatemala is not on the same page as the factory in Madagascar. Not even close. So yeah, these are great shirts. So long as you happen to buy the colors/styles that are being made in Madagascar or Vietnam. But buyer beware if you happen to get one from the factory in Guatemala, because those guys are using a whole different set of rulers over there. And unfortunately, there's no way to tell until it arrives on your doorstep. I'm normally a big fan of Amazon brand products. But this experience has made me quite a bit more wary about buying their clothing items in the future. It really is so very important that their brands have consistent sizing across all colors and styles. P.S. I actually bought the rust-colored shirt TWICE, because I at first assumed I must have gotten a mislabeled product. But, nope. Both rust-colored shirts are the same, drastically-smaller size, and both are labeled made in Guatemala.
