Hurst Competition/Plus shifters have been the benchmark of transmission control and race-proven since 1963, and still today are constructed using the same high standards that George instated back then. Hurst Competition/Plus installation kits are custom designed to fit directly into your vehicles, with the least possible modifications, and to give you firm positive shifts every time. This Hurst Competition/Plus installation kit fits various GM vehicles (see below) when using a 1974-1981 Borg Warner (454) 4-speed transmission. The kit contains everything needed (shifter not included) to install your Competition/Plus shifter to operate a 1974-1981 Borg Warner Super T-10 (454) 4-speed transmission. This installation kit fits the following vehicles with a 1974-1981 Borg Warner Super T-10 (454) transmission: 1955-1957 Full size Chevrolet cars 1974-1981 Chevrolet Camaro with/without console Various years of Chevrolet/GMC pickups with custom installation 1974-1981 Pontiac Firebird with/without console
