• Returns & Exchanges: Unused items in new condition may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Original packaging is required.
• Non-Returnable Conditions: Used or damaged items may be denied a refund or exchange. Bare Steel items cannot be returned due to rust. We recommend Cerakote or Hard Chrome for rust-prone environments.
• Cerakote & Hard Chrome Items: These are custom finished and may be returned for the price of the bare steel version only. Exchanges will require payment for a new coating.
• Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping. Oversized or freight items may incur additional fees. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and international regions must cover round-trip shipping costs.
