This LED driver is powered by DALI, a 2-way communication protocol used to manage and communicate with elements in a lighting system. It is compatible with DALI and DALI 2 dimming systems and provides DALI dimming functions from 0% to 100%. This driver requires other DALI-powered devices and is only functional with other DALI solutions.
Our LED driver is compatible with the original DALI and the recently enhanced DALI 2 technology, providing a more comprehensive range of connectivity. It is also compatible with smart LED lights, making the setup more cost-effective and efficient as smart lights can be controlled remotely on mobile phones!
The driver is available in 12v DC or 24v DC. When purchasing, ensure that the input voltage of the LED fixture is the same as the driver's output voltage. It also has a maximum load of 100w, so to avoid damage, ensure that the connected fixtures don't exceed 100w.
The LED driver is IP20-rated, so it's suitable for indoor use only. However, you can use it in various spaces such as kitchens, bedrooms, hallways, storage rooms, dining rooms, living rooms, pantries, home offices, game rooms, and wardrobes. Additionally, this driver can be connected directly to the mains circuit through hardwiring or by adding a plug at the driver's end. The first option offers a cleaner, more elegant outcome, while the second option is DIY-friendly. However, you'll have to deal with exposed wires, and an empty socket should be nearby.
This LED driver is ideal for low-voltage LED under-cabinet lights and strip lights. It also has various safety features, including short circuit, overload, and over-temperature protection. Plus, it has an active built-in PFC function!
