Innovacar DS Scale: Decontaminating Shampoo For Water Spots And Limescale

DS Scale by Innovacar is the specific car and decontaminating shampoo to treat and combat water spots and limescale stains on the body: “the classic annoying white spots”.

Limescale, is deposited on the bodywork in the form of microparticles that are not always visible to the naked eye, causing a microlayer over the nanotechnology and protective films. Over time, this reduces the effectiveness of the protections and water repellency of the sealant and ceramic products and thus leads the operator to believe that such treatments must be performed from scratch.

This is where DS Scale comes into play, the purifying and descaling shampoo perfect to fight the accumulated limescale layer and contaminations, allowing the nanotechnological protections to reactivate themselves.

Ds Scale has the following features:

• 2-in-1 car shampoo: it is the perfect solution for the washing phase, that is, as a purifying shampoo to be used about every 4 cleaning cycles. Otherwise, when used pure or more concentrated, DS Scale is a decontaminant for limestone and minerals that can be applied to stubborn water or acid rain stains or for extraordinary intervention.
• Frees the coating and protections: by removing the limescale surface layer and the contamination, it prolongs the lifespan of the protective layers previously applied.
• Does not affect protective films: even when used pure or more concentrated for decontamination of limestone or other contamination, DS Scale does not affect the protective layers on the bodywork.
• Suitable for windows, headlights and emblems: it can also be used to remove limescale residues from glass, headlights, hard external plastics or car decorative elements such as emblems, lettering and aluminium or metal details.

When used as a purifying shampoo, application is recommended every 4 wash cycles to purify the surface:

1. Proceed with the application of the product, using it as a decontaminating shampoo, diluted as necessary; apply it to the entire surface of the car, depending on the method of use chosen.
2. Wait 1 to 3 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
3. After this step, should limescale spots still be present, the product can be applied on the wet surface, following the dilutions indicated for extraordinary decontamination and by acting directly on the stains with a mitt or a cotton pad. Proceed panel by panel.
4. Wait 1 to 3 minutes and rinse thoroughly.

1. Use the product undiluted or with the dilutions for extraordinary decontamination, according to the severity of the stains.
2. Proceed on a wet surface, panel by panel, applying the product directly on the stains using a mitt or a cotton pad.
3. Wait 1 to 3 minutes and rinse thoroughly.

If applied with a precompression pump or bucket:

For maintenance cleaning or when applied as an auto limescale shampoo: the recommended dilution is 1:50, basically use 20 ml of product and fill the remaining part with water (980 ml) to get 1 L of ready-to-use solution.

For extraordinary decontamination or acid rain: use the product undiluted or diluted 1:5. Then use 200 ml of product and fill the remaining part of water (800 ml) to obtain 1 L of ready-to-use solution.

If applied with foam lance or foam gun:

For maintenance cleaning or if applied as a car limescale remover shampoo: use the product undiluted or diluted 1:3. Then take 250 ml of product and fill the remaining part of water (750 ml) to obtain 1 L of ready-to-use solution. During supply, the actual final dilution can reach approximately 1:60.

Precautions: do not let the product dry or remain on windows or surfaces for a prolonged time, do not apply in the sun and on hot surfaces.
