- Do NOT upload any portrait or images of faces of people or animals. We DO NOT work on portraits.
- We recommend sceneries, drawings, less detail and accuracy-demanding pictures.
- The process of making these Luniboxes is extremely intricate and time-consuming. We DO NOT offer any revisions or refunds after your custom Lunibox is completed.
- Returns and Refunds are only done in case the item is lost/damaged in transit, or a defective piece is delivered.
You're helping independent artists: A percentage of your order value goes to your Lunibox's artist. A signature of your artist is signed behind your art-piece.
