Bill Evans's return to full activity in 1962 came almost a year after his celebrated trio recordings at the Village Vanguard. Just ten days after that classic "live" session, bassist Scott LaFaro had died in a highway accident. Evans, deeply shaken, eventually reformed his trio with the same drummer (Paul Motian) and Chuck Israels on bass. Their first visit to a studio was for a dual purpose: To make an all-ballad-tempo album, Moonbeams, and this "normal" set at the same time. It was producer Orrin Keepnews's thought that recording eight slow numbers in a row might prove unduly enervating; accordingly, the total two-album repertoire was interspersed over three days of recording and the net result was two excellent additions to the Evans catalog. It works great

It has three heat settings. I like my coffee very hot and its perfect for that. It blinks when it’s turned off and still hot. It’s also durable. If it falls of my coffee table it won’t be damaged. Also not expensive.

I bought these for teacher appreciation gifts and the recipients loved them! The light blue ones just add a pop of color and I’ve been told they keep their coffee warm ALL day. What a sweet treat for deserving educators. I plan on buying one for my desk!

Does the job, wish it had some safety features

Good value for the price, and it definitely keeps your coffee warm. I do wish it had a safety feature where it could turn off on its own, or a less sensitive on/off button. It goes on easily and gets very hot, so it can be dangerous with little kids.

FINALLY able to enjoy my morning coffee without reheating!!!!

Since this mug warmer arrived, I have finally been able to enjoy a relaxing cup of morning coffee. Value and quality are on point. This warmer keeps my coffee warm to the last drop. The cord is long enough to reach an outlet near the end table, easy and simple operation (tap on, tap to lower temp up to two times then final tap off). Auto shut off after 4 hours which I have not used yet as I always unplug my unit after each use, however it is nice to know that is an option. Just one suggestion, Using a mug lid with unit also helps keep the hot beverage at a consistant temp. I LOVE IT and wish I ordered one sooner.

Perfect

For me this coffee warmer is perfect. The disk sides are just right. High enough for a good fit, but not so high you risk sloshing your beverage. The color (blue) is exactly as displayed. Works great and a very good price.
