 Federal, state and/or local restrictions may apply to the sale or shipment of certain self-defense products sold by invisaWear. 

 While invisaWear will make all attempts to prevent unauthorized sales/shipment, to do so it must rely on the accuracy of information provided by its customers (i.e, the customer’s age and location) as applied to dynamic laws.  invisaWear is not responsible for any misrepresentations.  Accordingly, customers are responsible for checking their local laws for regulations and restrictions associated with any self-defense product purchased.  If there are any questions, customers are directed to consult their local police departments.

 In purchasing a self-defense product, a customer provides the following acknowledgment to invisaWear:

 I am a legal citizen or resident of the United States who is at least 18 years old, has never been convicted of a felony, is not in active addiction or presently intoxicated, has not been adjudicated mentally ill or incompetent, and has not been committed to a mental facility. I understand that the product I am purchasing is to be used for defensive purposes only, and when used, shall be used in accordance with applicable law and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. I understand that my product may have storage requirements that are necessary to abide by for both safeties of myself and others e and to maintain the effectiveness of the product. I understand that invisaWear is not warranting that I may legally possess, purchase, or carry this product in my state or locality, and I have determined my legal eligibility prior to purchase.

Despite the foregoing acknowledgment, invisaWear reserves the right to restrict the sale and/or shipping as necessary to comply with governing law.  Should a sale commence but shipping be held due to an applicable restriction, funds shall be returned in accordance with the payment method used at check out.

 invisaWear has the right to keep a record of who purchases a self-defense product and release such information to law enforcement and/or the appropriate government agency, in accordance with applicable law.

 In purchasing a self-defense product, customers should treat such product as a last resort, and instead be aware that their best protection against a dangerous situation is to avoid it and to attempt to escape an assailant before resorting to the use of a self-defense product.  INVISAWEAR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PHYSICAL HARM OR DAMAGE WHATSOEVER CAUSED OR RESULTING FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF SELF-DEFENSE PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM IT.  THE CUSTOMER EXPRESSLY AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS INVISAWEAR FOR ALL CLAIMS RESULTING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM THE PURCHASE, OWNERSHIP, AND USE OF THE ITEM IN COMPLIANCE OR VIOLATION OF FEDERAL STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS OR REGULATIONS.

 In case of emergency, defer to any directions on the product or instructions issued by the manufacturer.
