The dark gray IsoPac J Vocal & Instrument Isolation Booth from ClearSonic is a 5’ (1.52m) diameter vocal and instrument booth, which works well for isolation of one or more vocalists. It also works for acoustic guitar, string, woodwind, and brass instruments. The IsoPac J uses a combination of clear panels and Sorber to achieve maximum sound reduction. This booth is often used for voice-over work, recording, and practice.
The IsoPac J consists of 8 ClearSonic panels with AX12 extenders that are added to increase the height to 6.5’ (1.98m). Eight S3 baffles are attached with a hook and loop fastener to the clear panels, and the top is covered by one STC512 center lid section and two STS5 side lid sections. S2 Baffles (sold separately) can be placed at the height of the microphone to reduce reflection.
