It's a classic blend of 60% Pinot Meunier, 20% Chardonnay, and 20% Pinot Noir, aged a generous 48 months on the lees before release. That extra time resting gives the wine its fine mousse, creamy texture, and those subtle brioche notes that make each sip feel special.
