Product Description
This is a modified lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump, mounted in a black finish stainless steel pump frame. Capable of achieving the recommended sampling rate of 0.75±0.25 scfm while preventing the valves in the dry gas meters from floating. Modified and tested to be leak-free. Recommended for use in most stack sampling procedures in order to obtain an accurate sampling rate.
The recommended sampling rate of 0.75±0.25 scfm has been carefully selected by experts so that it is optimized on the following factors:
- Maximizing the catch (on filters)
- Minimizing the weight of the sampling train/setup
- Sufficient heat transfer to condense 50% water
- Able to operate at a pressure drop of around 15 inHg (if filters get dirty)

Maintenance
Store the tubing/hoses loosely (i.e., don’t coil it too tightly) to avoid tubing from developing cracks which will cause leaks in time.
A lubricated vane pump generally needs low maintenance but requires a periodic oil change.
