Nose - Nice balance between the fruity notes of mirabelle and citrus, and a spicy and vanilla side.
Palate - Soft and round attack on honey, the complexity of the product is then revealed with spicy notes, woodiness and ripe fruits in a beautiful volume.
Finish - Very long, with notes of spices, cookies and orange jam.
