Alfas emit a pure white light that is rated at 4300K. Standard headlight bulbs emit a yellow light between 2700K - 3300K. Alfas Maximum Intensity bulbs emit between 1450 lm - 2000 lm of light. Standard headlight bulbs emit between 1000 lm - 1100 lm of light. The bulbs are constructed using quartz. Quartz is more transparent than normal glass. This results in more light emission and can be subjected to higher temperatures without shattering. Alfas operate using a 12 volt power supply and consume about 85 watts of power. The Alfas" wiring harness uses heat resistant 14 gauge wires. This helps reduce any resistance between the vehicles existing socket and the Alfas bulb. They also use a unique ceramic socket that helps isolate heat so there is no risk of an Alfas bulb damaging the vehicles existing electrical installations. Fresh Air Upgrade for My 2024 Impreza
Installed this in my 2024 Subaru Impreza, and it fit perfectly—no issues. The air smells noticeably cleaner now, and it took less than 10 minutes to swap out. The carbon and HEPA filtration does a great job clearing out odors, dust, and pollen—definitely an upgrade over the factory filter.
The build feels sturdier than the OEM version, though it does have slightly fewer pleats. Might mean it needs replacing a bit sooner, but for the price and performance, I’m fine with that tradeoff.
If you’re looking for a quick, affordable way to improve your cabin air, this one’s a solid pick.

Works Fine, Fits Fine

Seem to work and fit just fine and should be better than a cheap paper filter. They cost more but I change the oil on the 5's and the filter on the 10's so it evens out. Not going more than 10K on the filter. If you are only going to use the filter for 5K miles I would stick with the Toyota factory filter. I use the K&N filters on a 2017 Toyota Sienna and a 2018 Toyota Highlander. Both are V6
