This class is all about understanding why great ribs aren’t an accident—they’re a process. We’ll break down exactly what Lucky 19 does in competition BBQ, from trimming and seasoning to cooking, wrapping, finishing, and the final rib that earns those 9’s from the judges.

What You’ll Learn

• How to choose, trim, and prep ribs the way the pros do
