NutriFitt Silence is a straight-up, non-melatonin sleep powder. It's all about calming your brain, getting you to sleep faster, and making recovery count without heavy melatonin. Lots of sleep supps are weak herb mixes or melatonin bombs that leave you groggy. Silence stacks aminos, minerals, and solid botanicals at doses that match the studies.

It starts with 3,000mg L-Glycine. That's the dose you see in most sleep research. Glycine chills you out as an inhibitory neurotransmitter – it quiets brain signals – and helps your body cool down for sleep. You feel better recovery the next day. Magnesium comes as bisglycinate chelate, giving 160mg elemental magnesium from 1,000mg total. This form absorbs great and skips the gut issues oxide versions cause. 160mg is a good hit, but it's not your full daily magnesium – think of it as a solid night boost.

GABA is at 1,000mg, way above the usual 100-300mg. Studies on oral GABA are iffy due to blood-brain barrier questions, but it still helps calm you via gut-brain links and stress reduction. You'll notice that 'turned down' feeling. L-Theanine at 300mg is spot-on for clinic doses and cuts stress like a pro, h

NutriFitt Silence by NutriFitt contains 10mg Vitamin B6, a effective dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Key Highlights

  • 3,000mg L-Glycine – this matches the dose in most sleep studies. It quiets your brain as an inhibitory neurotransmitter and gets your body ready for sleep, so you feel better recovery next day.
  • 1,000mg GABA – that's a big dose compared to the usual 100-300mg. Oral GABA studies vary, but this level aims for real calm through gut-brain paths, not just a tiny add-in.
  • 300mg L-Theanine – right in the effective range to dial back stress and brain buzz. It tweaks glutamate and boosts alpha waves for a chill vibe without knocking you out cold.
  • 160mg elemental Magnesium from 1,000mg Magnesium Bisglycinate Chelate – no cheap oxide here. This form absorbs well and skips the bathroom runs that bad magnesium causes.
  • 10mg Vitamin B6 as Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate – the active form counts. It helps make neurotransmitters, pairing great with tryptophan and 5-HTP for serotonin and sleep support.
  • 250mg L-Tryptophan plus 100mg 5-HTP – smart double-up on precursors. Tryptophan starts the chain, 5-HTP steps closer to serotonin for better brain chem balance.
  • 250mg Chamomile Extract standardized to 1.2% apigenin – classic calm with a measured active. Chamomile's a go-to for nights, and the standardizing makes it legit, not just filler.
  • 50mg Apigenin – not just from chamomile, it's extra. Apigenin helps relax via GABA paths and builds better sleep setup.

Who Is This For?

  • Late-night lifters with body tired but nerves up. 3g glycine, 300mg theanine, 1g GABA, magnesium bisglycinate target that – workout's over, but brain thinks not.
  • Stressed workers carrying tension to bed, wanting no-melatonin help. Theanine, Zenha® ashwagandha, KannaEase™, InoZyn™ hit mental buzz and sleep start.
  • Athletes in tough phases where recovery caps gains. Sleep's where repair and readiness happen – this boosts that window, not just sedates.
  • Folks who tried basic magnesium and it fell short. Silence adds glycine, GABA, apigenin, chamomile, tryptophan, 5-HTP, standardized herbs for more punch.
  • No-melatonin seekers avoiding groggy mornings or dependence. It uses aminos and herbs for natural chill and sleep flow.
  • Bodybuilders, strength guys seeing sleep as gains key. With training solid, better nights mean more muscle fix, energy refill, nerve recovery.

How to Use

Mix 1 scoop in 8-12 oz cold water 30-60 minutes before bed. Gives aminos, magnesium, Botanicals time to calm you before frustration hits. If new to 5-HTP, GABA, or Sceletium, try half scoop first 2-3 nights. Shaker's best for mixing, or stir hard; cold water tastes better. Take away from big meals – they slow effects. Skip stacking with melatonin, 5-HTP, tryptophan, GABA, or heavy herb sleep aids unless you cut doses. Pairs good with magnesium-free collagen or protein for extra recovery. No need to cycle like stim stuff. Store closed, cool, dry to avoid clumps.

What to Expect

0-10 minutes: mix your scoop and start chilling; no buzz, just easing into rest. 10-30 minutes: theanine, GABA, glycine, magnesium hit first with less brain noise and tension. 30-60 minutes: full mix feels together, chamomile, apigenin, InoZyn™, serotonin stuff make sleep easier. Nights 1-7: easier chill and sleep path, especially if you're always 'on'. Weeks 2-4: steady use builds rhythm, ashwagandha helps more over time. Goal's quality recovery, not knockout – less fight at bed, better next day.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does NutriFitt Silence contain melatonin?

No. Silence is a non-melatonin sleep and recovery formula. Instead of relying on melatonin, it uses 3,000mg glycine, 1,000mg GABA, 300mg theanine, magnesium bisglycinate, tryptophan, 5-HTP, apigenin, and standardized botanicals to support relaxation and sleep onset.

How much magnesium is in Silence, and what form is it?

Silence provides 160mg elemental magnesium from 1,000mg magnesium bisglycinate chelate. That form matters because bisglycinate is typically better absorbed and much gentler on digestion than low-cost magnesium oxide.

Is 3,000mg of glycine a serious dose?

Yes. 3,000mg is the classic evidence-based dose used in sleep research. It is one of the strongest and most credible parts of the formula for supporting relaxation, sleep initiation, and next-day perceived recovery.

When should I take NutriFitt Silence?

The best starting point is 30-60 minutes before bed. That gives the amino acids, magnesium, and botanicals time to begin lowering nervous system intensity before you are already in bed trying to force sleep.

Can I take Silence after an evening workout?

Yes, and that is one of its best use cases. The formula is stim-free and specifically suited for people who train late and finish physically tired but mentally wired, thanks to ingredients like theanine, GABA, glycine, magnesium, and ashwagandha.

Will Silence make me feel groggy the next morning?

It is designed to avoid the heavy next-day feel some users get from melatonin-based products, but response is individual. Because it includes a strong calming stack—especially 1,000mg GABA plus 300mg theanine and 3,000mg glycine—new users should consider starting with half a scoop first.

Can I stack Silence with other sleep supplements?

You should be careful. Silence already includes magnesium, zinc, glycine, GABA, tryptophan, 5-HTP, apigenin, chamomile, ashwagandha, and Sceletium, so stacking it with another all-in-one sleep aid can create unnecessary overlap.

Does Silence use proprietary blends?

No. The label is fully disclosed. Every active ingredient and every dose is listed, which is a major advantage in a category where many products hide behind proprietary nighttime blends.

What makes InoZyn™, Zenha®, and KannaEase™ relevant here?

They give the formula a more advanced botanical profile than standard chamomile-only sleep powders. InoZyn™ targets GABAergic relaxation through passion flower and skullcap, Zenha® ashwagandha supports stress regulation through the HPA axis, and KannaEase™ helps smooth mood and stress reactivity through serotonin and PDE4 pathways.

Is this better than a basic magnesium sleep product?

For most people with real bedtime overstimulation, yes. A simple magnesium product can help if you are deficient, but Silence adds glycine, theanine, GABA, apigenin, chamomile, tryptophan, 5-HTP, and trademarked botanicals for much broader support across relaxation, mood, and sleep onset.

3 YEARS LATER REVIEW, and 2 YEARS LATER REVIEW
Style: 7 in 1 【1 HDMI】
(3 years now I have had this and today is July 12th 2025. I literally love this thing so much I came back yet again to tell you after 3 years it works just as good as the day I originally got it. It is scuffed and scratched, has the remnants of tape and stickers i applied over the years, it has seen much wear, tear, and abuse by me, and works perfectly! ANKER makes great products, but especially nowadays when there is so much cheap garbage out there, everything i have brought by ANKER just works everytime. The only time I have had an issue? Is when I broke something, or dropped it under a car wheel (I actually did this with the first one I bought, not from Amazon, but a few months beforehand, it still worked until I started messing with it to see if it still functions lol), because I tend to be extremely irresponsible with my portable electronics. If you do buy this, and you forget to order a power supply, I bought a 100w power supply from Walmart for it, that is also three years old and works great as well. If it makes it 5 years, I'll be back to tell you about it. Now, keep reading to see the first review i left awhile ago) This thing is so awesome. I had to come back and write another review first off. You will need a 100 watt power supply to go with it separately just get that out-of-the-way. You can get one at Walmart for fairly cheap. That’s what I did and after about six months, I actually glued the hub permanently to the power supply so they would never be separated now let me tell you how versatile this thing is you can take your iPad plug it into the little USB-C sticking out of the end of it then you could take an HDMI cord from the hub and plug it into your TV. If you have a splitter, you can do it into several TVs or several monitors. It has a microSD card for all your pictures. It has a not as micro a little bigger memory card can’t remember what they’re called but they go in like cameras and stuff SD cards? It reads those two it’s got a USB-C out so you can charge your phone if you have an iPhone and an iPad like I do it connects your iPhone into your iPad together so you can play video games on your phone on your giant screen of your iPad running an HDMI cord to your TV now you’re playing on your phone on your monitor and your TV and your iPad all at the same time and see how awesome I’m saying this is you can plug a keyboard into it and a microphone and a mouse and now your live streaming your gaming on your iPad your monitor your TV your projector I’ve even hooked mine to a projector! I’ve literally spent hours trying to see how many items I could plug into this thing and run at the same time just so I could put it on my YouTube channel and show off and have people give me no props, shake their heads, and say I’ve got way too much free time on my hands. Doesn’t that sound amazing? That could be you. One guy who made fun of me relentlessly in the comment section a week later asked me where I could get one and guess what I told him I could get one for twice the amount that I paid for it and he paid me so I win guess what I do with the money? I bought a midi cord that I plugged into my MPC so I could play music on GarageBand on my phone. Had another cord going from the hub to a monitor where I could watch OBS for studio live streaming as a third cord projected the entire image on a wall, 6 feet across while I produce this music a microphone that I also had plugged it into the hub was recording me freestyle horribly because I cant rap, but all of those magic moments captured on a small SD card also plugged into the hub at the time I just left in the hub and when I was done, all I had to do was unplugged the USB-C from my phone into my computer and transfer all the information over i’ve plugged my GoPro into it from my GoPro. I was able to power a light and a microphone this thing is endless possibilities. Do yourself a favor and get one anchor products are amazing and guess what I’ve stepped on this thing countless times my dog thrown it across the room. It’s fallen downstairs. I dropped a puddle of water put it in a bowl of rice it still works. I should be selling these things man they’re incredible.

Durable, highly functional, and super reliable
Style: 7 in 1 【1 HDMI】
4 years since purchasing this and it's still just as useful, functionality is perfect, and compatibility is high. I use this with a Linux Pixelbook most often, but it's convenient for every device I own, including Android phones and tablets. The HDMI output works really well with devices capable of video output over USB-C, and this feature has never degraded for me. I routinely loaned it to students and professors for presentations when their own HDMI dongles or SD card adapters failed and it always immediately worked. I recently ordered an Anker 555 8-in-1 hub for the addition of ethernet, but I will continue using the 341 as well.

Great product - different than my prior ones though from same listing
Style: 7 in 1 【1 HDMI】, Style: 7 in 1 【1 HDMI】
I had this for years for my MacBook Pro because Apple thinks we don't need at least ONE usb port on the computer anymore...which is what it is. This thing works amazing, super fast, and does exactly what I need it to do. ***My hubby lost his, so I gave him mine and said I'd order another one for myself. This new version is a little smaller than my last one which I don't mind, didn't come with a little slide in protective case like the last two did which is a little sad, and there's a stupid sticker on it now when you get it that you need to be careful or it will leave the sticky crap all over it (like mine pictured 🤦🏼‍♀️) which I hate because now I have to deal with that. None of these things are deal breakers as it is a great product, I just wish it was the same as the last two I got since it was the exact same listing (clicked on it from prior purchase and says purchased two times) and didn't say it was an updated version of the product.

Quality product that serves my need!
Style: 7 in 1 【1 HDMI】, Style: 7 in 1 【1 HDMI】
I purchased this to accommodate my work from home set up and for the most part it does a good job. Whenever I turn my laptop on it gives me a message that it needs a little bit more powerful version. I am still able to use it probably would just not plug anything else into it. I work from home on average two days a week sometimes more and this comes in extremely handy to hook up my additional monitor, keyboard, mouse, and one additional item if I chose, so I like to buy anker brand as I know it’s reliable, and they stand behind their product. I have never had anything but good results with anker products. It is a great size for portability if I need to work from somewhere other than home, it’s super easy to use basically plug-in play. It does get a little warm. I’m sure the more things that are plugged into it would cause it to get warmer quicker overall I am happy with this product. It serves the purpose I bought it for.

My son was impressed
Style: 7 in 1 【1 HDMI】
Been working great. It’s fast and compatible with my Mac. Slim connection so that I can also plug in my external hard drive. Plus, my son was impressed that I got Anker. I’ll be honest, I don’t know companies, but he said I got a good one.
