Red Tonga Mushroom corals are a soft corals closely related to anemones, This Mushroom is the original stock imported from around the Tonga Island and very sort after as superior colouration. Discomosa corals are generally smooth disc shaped corals with a few species having coloured pimples. The superman or Tonga red mushroom corals are some of the most sort after corals in this family.

 Most Mushroom corals prefer lower light levels in the blue spectrum and soft  water flow. They prefer a higher nutrient aquarium in which they receive, along with the light, most of their energy requirements.
