HOW TO USE

First-time users may wish to wear CERBERUS MUZZLE Mouth Tape for 15-30 minutes before bed to become accustomed to nasal breathing.

• Wash and dry the area around your mouth. Remove any oils, lotions, beard balm, or skincare products that may affect adhesion.
• Close your lips naturally and breathe comfortably through your nose.
• Remove one MUZZLE strip from the backing.
• Place the tape horizontally across the centre of your closed lips, ensuring both the upper and lower lips are covered.
• Press firmly for a few seconds to secure the adhesive.
• Sleep, recover, and let nasal breathing do the work.
• In the morning, gently peel the tape away from one edge and dispose of it after use.

WARNING: Do not use CERBERUS Muzzle Mouth Tape if:
