I've noticed a substantial decrease in the bumpy areas on my back and legs. I loooove this soap, and yes, definitely recommend it for people dealing with eczema. But definitely use an exzema skin cream too if you are itching. I wasnt, but started to as well because it also helps to keep the outbreak under control as well.
