You may notice slight differences in appearance and taste in our honey. This is because our honeybees gather nectar from different pollinator plants depending on what is in bloom throughout the summer and fall.

Our summer harvest has strong nectar notes of linden flower and red clover, and is perfect to drizzle on just about anything, or to use to make marinades and dressings.

Our fall harvest has strong notes of New England aster and goldenrod nectar. It's perfect spread on toast or added to your hot cup of tea to keep you warm and cozy. This honey typically is more viscous than our summer harvest.
