Solid glucomannan dose, big tyrosine hit, moderate stims for real control.

Raw Nutrition Burn Thermogenic Powder is a straight-up, moderate-stim fat burner that hits three big areas: curbs your appetite, sharpens your focus when calories are low, and gives a solid thermogenic boost without the shaky overload. That's key because most burners just pile on stims and skimp on what keeps a diet going strong. Burn does it smarter: fiber for feeling full, aminos and theanine for brain support, and a mix of caffeine, green coffee, GBB, and yohimbine for energy and fat mobilization.

The star here is 3.5g glucomannan at 95% from konjac root— that's a solid dose in the 2-4g range from studies. Glucomannan is a thick soluble fiber that soaks up water and turns into a gel in your gut, slowing things down so you feel fuller longer. In real life, that means less hunger hits and better control between meals on a tight diet. Mix it with lots of water, and Burn gives it the space to really work.

You've got 3g acetyl-L-carnitine, which beats the usual 1.5-2g doses out there—one of the best in its class. It helps move fatty acids into your cells' power plants for burning, but the cool part is it crosses into your brain too. So you get fat support plus a clearer, more dialed-in vibe during those tough dieting days when energy tanks.

L-tyrosine at 3g is a heavy hitter. Tyrosine is what your body uses to make dopamine, norepinephrine, and epinephrine—super useful when you're stressed, short on sleep, training hard, or cutting calories. Studies show it's best for keeping your brain sharp under pressure, not just ramping you up from nothing.

RAW Burn Thermo by Raw Nutrition contains 25mg Vitamin B6, a effective dose for training performance and pump.

Key Highlights

  • 3,500mg Glucomannan 95% — a real-deal dose for hunger control, not just a tiny add-on. It soaks up water and gels up in your gut, slowing digestion so you feel full and dieting doesn't suck as much.
  • 3,000mg Acetyl-L-Carnitine — beats the usual 1.5-2g doses and makes this more than a basic stim powder. It moves fatty acids to your cells for energy and hits the brain too, giving you a sharper, more useful feel.
  • 3,000mg L-Tyrosine — one of the biggest doses for focus in a fat burner. It helps make dopamine and norepinephrine, which keeps your head in the game when stress, low food, or tough workouts try to drag you down.
  • 2,000mg Inositol NF — a good amount for metabolism and brain support that most burners skip. It's at the low end of effective doses and adds extra help for dieting under pressure.
  • 150mg Caffeine from Green Tea — enough to wake you up and push your workouts without going overboard and messing with sleep. This is built moderate on purpose, not a caffeine bomb.
  • 150mg L-Theanine matched 1:1 with caffeine — smart move in the mix. Studies show they team up for focused energy, so you get a smooth lift without the usual caffeine shakes.
  • 2.5mg Yohimbine HCl — a small but effective dose that ramps up the thermogenic feel, especially fasted. It makes Burn punch harder than just 150mg caffeine alone.
  • 500mg Green Coffee Extract at 50% chlorogenic acid — here to back the fat-loss angle without more caffeine. Chlorogenic acids help with metabolism and flesh out the burner side beyond just stims.

Who Is This For?

  • Lifters on a cut dealing with hunger, cravings, and weak workout drive more than the lifts themselves. 3.5g glucomannan helps fill you up, 3g tyrosine and 150mg caffeine keep sessions strong on low food.
  • Morning cardio crew wanting a burner beyond caffeine dumps. Burn mixes moderate stims with yohimbine HCl, green coffee extract, and GBB—great for fasted or low-fuel slots where energy lags.
  • Folks chasing body comp who need real appetite help, not just grit. Clinically dosed glucomannan tackles fullness head-on, not faking it with extra stims.
  • Busy workers dropping fat while handling long days and evening gym time. Caffeine-theanine-tyrosine keeps you alert and steady without the wild ride that kills focus or crashes you.
  • Mid-level supplement users after a clear-label powder over mystery capsules. Full disclosure on every dose lets you check against real ranges, no guesses.
  • Athletes okay with moderate stims but skipping 300mg+ caffeine bombs. Burn's 150mg feels right with theanine, yohimbine, green coffee, and ALCAR layering in.

How to Use

If stims, yohimbine, or fiber hit you hard, start with half a scoop to test. Full scoop 20-30 minutes before training, cardio, or hunger peaks. Mix in 12-16oz cold water and chug quick—glucomannan thickens fast, so more water makes it easier. Empty stomach amps the stims and yohimbine; with food, it's softer but still fills you up. Don't stack blindly with other burners or high-stim pres—add up your caffeine, yohimbine HCl 2.5mg, and GBB first. Goes well with creatine, protein, and hydration since it skips those. Daily during fat loss is fine, but mix in low-stim days for tolerance and sleep. Store sealed, cool, and dry—fiber powders clump easy with moisture.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: mix with enough water 'cause glucomannan thickens up. You won't feel a rush right away, but it starts working, and fullness might kick in early before food or cardio. Minutes 10-20: caffeine picks up, feeling alert with theanine smoothing it; some get a warm vibe from GBB and stims. Minutes 20-40: peak time—focus sharpens, hunger dials back, workouts easier to start. Minutes 40-90: energy stays even, but yohimbine might stand out if you're sensitive. Days 1-7: hunger control and workout readiness shine. Weeks 2-4: real win is sticking to your deficit better, with less fatigue and skipped days messing things up.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Raw Nutrition Burn Thermogenic Powder?

Each 1-scoop serving provides 150mg caffeine sourced from green tea. That is a moderate dose by thermogenic standards, but the formula can feel stronger than 150mg alone because it also includes 2.5mg yohimbine HCl and 40mg GBB.

Is the glucomannan dose in Burn actually meaningful?

Yes. Burn includes 3.5g glucomannan standardized to 95%, which sits well within the 2-4g clinical range used in research on satiety and metabolic support. This is one of the most credible parts of the formula and a real differentiator versus stimulant-only fat burners.

What does the 3g acetyl-L-carnitine do in this formula?

Acetyl-L-carnitine supports transport of fatty acids into mitochondria for energy production, but its value here is not limited to fat metabolism. Because ALCAR crosses the blood-brain barrier, it also contributes to the more focused, mentally engaged feel of the product during a calorie deficit.

Can I take Burn fasted before cardio?

Yes, many users do, and that is one of the most common use cases for this formula. Just understand that yohimbine HCl often feels stronger in fasted conditions, so stimulant-sensitive users should start with 1/2 scoop first.

Why is L-theanine included in a fat burner?

Burn uses 150mg L-theanine to pair with its 150mg caffeine dose. Theanine helps smooth the stimulation profile, promoting a more focused and less jittery form of alertness than caffeine alone.

Will this product help with appetite or is it mainly energy?

It is both, but the appetite-control side is unusually strong for this category because of the 3.5g glucomannan dose. That ingredient is there specifically to increase fullness, while the caffeine, tyrosine, and theanine side helps you stay productive and train well while eating less.

Can I stack Burn with a pre-workout?

You can, but you need to account for the full stimulant load. Burn already includes 150mg caffeine, 2.5mg yohimbine HCl, and GBB, so stacking it with another stimulant-heavy pre-workout can push the experience into uncomfortable territory quickly.

Does Burn use proprietary blends?

No. The formula is fully transparent, with every active ingredient and dose disclosed on the label. That allows you to compare each ingredient against research-backed dose ranges instead of guessing what is buried in a blend.

What is BioPerine® doing in this formula?

BioPerine® is Sabinsa’s branded black pepper extract standardized for piperine, included here at 5mg. It is used to support bioavailability by influencing metabolic enzymes and intestinal transport, helping improve absorption of co-administered compounds.

Is Burn a good first fat burner for beginners?

Not usually as a first-ever thermogenic, mainly because it includes yohimbine HCl and a large 3.5g fiber dose. It is better suited to users who already know how they respond to stimulants and are comfortable managing water intake, timing, and tolerance.

The K2 SE is a great entry level printer. Don't let the naysayers get you down!
Set name: K2 SE
I bought the K2 SE because it was inexpensive and I wanted to get into 3D printing. I had a Creality laser engraver that worked well, so I figured I'd go with the brand I knew. I bought the additional enclosure because I was planning to use this in the garage where my wood shop is, and I wanted to keep some dust out. I have been pushing this thing pretty hard for three months now and it has not so much as looked at me cross eyed. It takes everything I throw at it. The quality seems to be there, as nothing is wearing out. I have a little superlube oil and grease to keep up the maintenance, and I suspect any failures people report have been on unmaintained machines. If you're the type that drives your car without changing the oil, 3D printing is not for you. A quick note on 3D printing, for the uninitiated. When you see the one and two star reviews for the K2 SE, make sure you read why the reviewer is leaving the low rating. "Doesn't come with filament" - if you're not buying a combo with filament, none of the printers on the market come with filament. "Makes bubbles and pops when printing" - this is wet filament and not the fault of the printer (dry your filament). 3D printing is not a set it and forget it proposition, at least not at first. It requires a little skill (that can be built), a little knowledge (the U of Tube), and a little patience while you learn how to use the machine. Now for the machine itself... The print quality surprised me as a first time 3D printer user. I have purchased 3D printed items in the past and the lines were not something that impressed me. The K2 SE prints pretty much the same quality as the higher end Bambu Labs printers. The speed is all I could ask for, and I have fed this thing all kinds of PLA, PETG and TPU from Creality, Sunlu, Polymaker and AnyCubic without a problem. Any issues I have had have been the fault of the operator (me) not knowing I had to dry PETG before I use it. I have a Creality filament dryer now and dry my PETG right out of the package, then store it in an airtight container with dessicant. I have two printers running dried PETG sitting behind me right now and they're doing great. If I have a single complaint about the K2 SE, it's the bed size. At 215 x 220 it's smaller than the industry "standard" of 256 x 256, and if you get some of the larger prints that are designed for a "standard" sized printer, they won't fit the build plate. But I knew that coming into this, because they advertise the size right up front. Overall, I'm happy with the K2 SE. It was an excellent entry level printer and I have learned a lot from using it. I may even buy a second to add to my growing farm.

Creality K1 SE - Prints great with stock settings - needs a side spool mount
Set name: K2 SE, Set name: K2 SE
I bought the Creality K1 SE a little over a week ago. I had an Ender 3 S1 before this printer. The K1 SE is so, so much easier to print with right out of the box! I definitely recommend it. It's a good way to get the improvements that were built into Creality's K1C, but at a nicer price. Plus, you can install your own version of Klipper if you want. I've printed 10 or so things in PLA and PETG, and I haven't had any failed prints. The automatic bed leveling has just worked. I have not had any problems with bed adhesion. On the Ender 3 S1, I only used a textured PEI plate, but the smooth build plate on the K1 SE works fine. The extruder cooling fan also seems ok for what I've printed so far. I printed an overhang test and the 75 degree overhang looks fine, but it had trouble at 80 degrees. The bridging test looked ok. (The longest bridge was only 25 mm on that test however.) I've put the printer in a soft-sided enclosure that I had used for my old Ender 3 S1. (It's easy to find similar encolsures.) The LEDs on the K1 SE are bright enough to see inside which is something that I was concerned about before I purchased. However, this enclosure makes it difficult to access the back of the printer where the filament spool is mounted, so I designed a mount that clamps onto the side-bar - see the pictures. The files are on Printables - "Creality K1 SE Side Spool Mount".

Almost Good
Set name: K2 SE
The nozzle cleaning is completely ineffective. The wiper pushes material up the sides of the nozzle and melts onto the nozzle. The result is the nozzle leaves burnt debris on the prints. The calibration before each print only probes 5 points on the bed and the results are not satisfactory, with the nozzle being variously too close or too far from the bed. To adjust the z offset you have to go through several menus and the machine seems to not remember where you set it last time. Print quality is good except for VFAs. Part cooling fan is very loud at full speed.

Assembly Tricks And Tips.
Color: Dark Grey, Size: 5 Seat
All my packages came at same time. Assembly is in 3 phases, each box had the same complete instruction book, but each phase was not completely together in the same box. I immediately started opening boxes and just separated by letters. A's here, B's here. Not all A's or the other letters are the same, but it is very easy to follow the instructions. You won't get it mixed up. 3 hardware kits, it's pretty easy. Picture Book Difficulty :) The one large headboard piece was Letter M. There was no sticker on it, but there were no M stickers either. Pretty easy. It's not a thick grandma's pull-out bed type of couch, but seems sturdy. I probably should have got the 3 year warranty, and I only have one kid. This isn't a couch to front-flip off the island on to, but it is nice and comfy and seems to be worth the cost. Assembly took about 2-3 hours casually I think. I used impact drill. Luckily it's 1 screw head size, then the socket for the nuts basically (provided). Communication with seller was easy and transparent. Idk what else people might be looking for in these reviews. It smelled completely fine. Good purchase. They say to air it out for a while, but I just assembled it immediately it didn't mess up anything. OH! And a little trick for the double sided threaded bolts with no head, they can get stuck hand tightening it so tighten down one of the nuts all the way to the end of the exposed thread that sticks up, and you can thread those bolts that don't have a head WAY easier using the nut as the head. Then just loosen the nut back off of it. You'll understand what I mean. Thank You

Would buy again!!!
Color: Dark Grey, Size: 7 Seat
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect Couch for Comfort, Space, and Style! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase of the SUAWY 108 Inch Sectional Sleeper. From the moment it arrived, I knew I made the right choice. Setup was straightforward, and the couch feels incredibly sturdy and well-built. The fabric is soft to the touch yet durable enough to handle everyday use, which is perfect for both lounging and having guests over. The size is exactly what I was looking for — spacious enough to seat a large group comfortably without feeling cramped. Whether I’m relaxing after work, having friends over, or stretching out for a nap, it provides more than enough room. The chaise and sleeper function are real game changers. The pull-out sleeper is surprisingly supportive and comfortable — not at all like the thin, saggy mattresses I’ve experienced with other sofa beds. My guests have all commented on how well they slept! I also love the storage space built into the sectional. It’s so convenient for keeping extra blankets, pillows, or even board games tucked away neatly. This design makes it feel like the couch was made with real-life use in mind, not just looks. Speaking of looks, the style is modern and clean, and it blends perfectly into my living room. The neutral tone makes it easy to decorate around, and it honestly makes the whole room look more put-together. Overall, this sectional sleeper has completely exceeded my expectations. It’s comfortable, practical, stylish, and worth every penny. If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate — this is absolutely one of the best furniture investments I’ve made. I’m genuinely so happy every time I sit down on it, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a large, versatile sectional.
