CERBERUS Inferno Muscle Rub is a strong heat rub containing a massive 15% of Camphor and 5% Chilli Oil. Camphor has been shown to increase blood circulation and has anti-inflammatory properties. It also helps to reduce muscle cramps, stiffness and help with spasms. 

Chilli Oil is a natural form of capsaicin and works by affecting the neurotransmitter that communicates pain signals to the brain and can thus reduce the perception of pain.

The warming effect of Camphor & Capsicum boosts circulation, bringing additional blood flow to the affected area, which brings oxygen and nutrients to the muscles and helps them to move more freely - aiding the recovery and regeneration of injured tissues.

Cajuput Oil, Mustard Seed Oil & Clove Bud Oil have been shown to be antiseptic, analgesic and have natural anti-inflammatory properties.

Camphor Oil (15%), Cajuput Oil (15%), Clove Bud Oil (15%), Cinnamon Oil (10%), Mustard Seed Oil (10%), Chilli Oil (5%), Eucalyptus Oil (5%), Soya Wax 25%

Directions for Use

• Always carry out a patch test 24hrs before use.
• Rub well on the affected area. Repeat 2 to 4 times daily.
• For sports people/general training use this product can be used before and after training
• Note that this product may work quicker and sting more when pores are open so be aware of this when using post shower/bath or even after initial warm up.

• Do not bandage or cover with wrap or use heating pad
• Do not use 1 hour prior to bathing or 30 minutes after bathing
• Keep container tightly closed when not in use

• Do not use while pregnant.
• Do not combine with any other topical products
• If medical advice is needed have product container or label at hand

Stop use and consult a doctor if:

• Condition worsens
• Severe skin irritation occurs
• Pain persists for more than 7 days
• Pain clears up and then recurs a few days later

How to Perform a Patch Test

1. Wash the area first and pat dry
2. Apply a small thin layer onto your forearm with a cotton bud – pea sized amount of product
3. Leave to soak in for a min or two and then put a plaster over the top
4. Try to avoid washing the product off for 48 hrs
5. After 48 hrs remove the plaster and wash the area
