On the left an Arab man with a thick dark beard kneels looking into the left foreground. His hands are clasped in his lap and a coil of rope sits by his knees. He keels holding a rifle in one arm while a camel stick rests against his other arm. A coffee urn sits on the fire. In the distance beyond shrubs and trees grow on a flat expanse of rocky sand.
