.Instructions for Use: Powered by a 10-20kV high-voltage DC power supply, outputting tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of volts of high voltage. The 10-level arc has a length of 15-20cm, with a voltage of 200,000V. It is strictly forbidden to touch the Marx generator and high-voltage power supply while they are energized!
.Precautions: Discharge the residual charge in the capacitors before touching the Marx generator as soon as finishing used a screwdriver or other metal object with an insulated handle to simultaneously touch the two copper columns at the 20kV power input end.
.Significance: This module demonstrates the process of arc generation and disappearance, presenting an arc-shaped white light and generating high-temperature gas discharge phenomena. Perfect for high-voltage pulse power supply experiments and electromagnetic teaching, helping players understand the principles & applications of arc discharge, enhancing scientific literacy.

a. The discharge of the Marx generator will produce significant electromagnetic interference. It is recommended to use power sources such as lithium battery packs, car batteries, and transformers that are not susceptible to electromagnetic interference to supply power to the ZVS high-voltage power supply as the others may be more prone to interference and damage.

This IS where you start to understand it all!
Format: Paperback
While I haven't received my Second Edition book yet I do have the First Edition and I can say it's very thorough and well explained to even the beginner level. If you're trying to learn both Linux and Cybersecurity this IS the place you want to start. It will save you a ton of headaches and you're getting VERY VALUABLE skills you can use in any scenario. I would call it an advanced starting point. Linux itself can be somewhat difficult and daunting to learn and understand if you're coming from a strict use (Windows in my case) OS 25+ years. This book bridges that gap effectively and you can absorb the knowledge with a little work. Also watching OTW's video on YouTube with David Bombal is an excellent follow along source. In my opinion, OTW does the best job of explaining exactly what you need to know. And follow it up with a video or two of how to understand the Linux file system and you'll soon be set to go. David Bombal's vids on setting up VM on your computer are also very helpful!
If your intention is to get into Cybersecurity from zero knowledge this IS the best point to gain valuable knowledge whether it's to crack into IT, Cybersecurity or just for your own knowledge, this book is worth 10x it's price!

Read This In One Sitting…..
Format: Hardcover
Not pregnant yet, but this book was the perfect balance of information and real-life story. It was so relatable and reassuring—I suddenly didn’t feel crazy for all the hours of baby research I’ve been doing. I never felt pressured, just encouraged and entertained while learning so much.
