Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC 2023 Bio di Torre dei Beati è l'interpretazione più diretta e personale della cantina su uno dei grandi rossi d'Abruzzo. Le uve, coltivate in biologico su terreni argilloso-calcarei tra 250 e 320 metri, vengono raccolte manualmente con selezioni scalari e tavolo di scelta. La vinificazione in acciaio con macerazione di 20-30 giorni e il successivo affinamento in barrique neutre di rovere francese per 15-18 mesi restituiscono un vino elegante, mai invaso dal legno. Il colore è rubino con riflessi violacei; al naso il frutto è netto, tipico e finemente speziato. In bocca mostra struttura, morbidezza, tannini evoluti, una leggera vena acida e salina e un finale persistente. Un Montepulciano bio autentico e molto centrato.
