All'assaggio è elegante, morbido, di buona struttura e persistenza.I vigneti da cui si ricavano le uve per ottenere il Soave Bolla si trovano sulle colline della zona classica della denominazione. I terreni vulcanici, ricchi di microelementi, rendono questo vino elegante e dalla personalità ben definita. Le uve restano per alcuni mesi a contatto con i propri lieviti, e successivamente viene aggiunta una piccola percentuale di vino ottenuto da uve surmature; questo assemblaggio regala al Soave pienezza di gusto e complessità armonica.
Il Soave Classico Bolla si abbina ad un pasto estivo a tema marino, specialmente con insalate di mare, carpaccio di pesce spada o di tonno, o polipo con patate; perfetto con il sushi e le crudità di mare.

Fresh and clean
