Arditi Caffè Espresso Arabica

Blend ratio: 100 % Arabica 

A 100% Arabica espresso coffee that is uncomparably aromatic and intense. With the Espresso Arabica, Arditi coffee once again proves that perfect aroma and intense flavours can also be achieved without any robusta beans and sets completely new standards.
Using fresh coffee beans from Central and South America, the master roasters at Arditi Caffè in Rome create this perfect blend by hand. Only years of experience, selected coffees and gentle roasting can produce such a unique coffee. And this experience is no coincidence, because Arditi Caffè has been roasting in the heart of Rome since 1961. Over the years, the family tradition and the secrets of perfect roasting have always been passed on and combined with modern roasting techniques.

On the palate, the Espresso Arabica shows notes of spices and some chocolate. Floral to fruity aromas reminiscent of hibiscus unfold on the tongue. Surprisingly sweet, yet intense and strong in taste. This is exactly how a real Italian espresso coffee should taste.

For its superior taste and masterful roasting, Arditi Espresso Arabica has already been awarded the gold medal of the International Institute of Coffee Tasters (IIAC) three times, as well as the silver medal of the Olymp Awards. 

Preparation recommendation:

- 7g coffee per cup
- 90 to 95 degrees Celsius brewing temperature
- 9 bar pressure
- Brewing time 25 sec.
- 25-30 ml coffee per cup

MOKA Efti 100% Arabica

This espresso coffee has been roasted in Milan since 1930.

The original coffee recipe comes from the founder of the roastery - Mr. Giovanni Eftimiades - Mr. Efti. He came from Italy and opened a small coffee shop in Berlin in the 1920s.

As not uncommon at that time, he roasted his very own mixture for the coffee. It's easy to imagine that Mr. Efti was already influenced by Italian coffee culture back then. The name part MOKA is in any case an indication of his preference. The Greek with an Italian passport was quickly extremely successful. His coffee was soon literally on everyone's lips in Berlin. Not least because of his expansion, because with the help of English investors he opened the largest and most popular coffee house in the city at the time - the legendary Moka Efti in Friedrichstrasse. This is followed by the equally popular Moka Efti at the "Tiergarten".

Look forward to a mild espresso made from exquisite Arabica beans. Delicate aromas with a wide spectrum unfold on the palate, which can also be felt in the aftertaste for a long time.

ANNIVERSARIO La Genovese

La Genovese was founded in 1936 by Dario Valle in a small warehouse in Albenga. The building served as a development centre for quality roasting for 30 years. La Genovese is still a family business to this day, and has succeeded in making a name for itself throughout Europe. Since 2008, La Genovese Caffè has been a member of INEI - Instituto Nazionale Espresso Italiano. The institute has been protecting and promoting genuine Italian espresso since 1998.

La Genovese's Anniversario blend is made from 100% carefully selected, high-quality Arabica beans. Washed beans from Central America and West Africa are combined with unwashed beans from Brazil to create a wonderful taste experience. On the palate, light chocolate notes unfold, accompanied by aromas of exotic fruits and tropical flowers.

The caffeine content is low, only 1.0 to 1.1%.

This espresso has already won the gold medal 5 times at the Institute of Coffee Tasting's international coffee tasting. A real champion!
