Indeed, it is almost as difficult to discern the stem addition a positive attribute, in my opinion. The fresh, taut palate is medium bodied with fine tannin and quite linear in style, stricter than Les Amoureuses, with a more saline marine influenced finish

You get what you pay for. There is a reason that these spoons are 1/2 the cost of a more durable Dixie branded teaspoon. These are just too flimsy. Will not buy again; lesson learned.
