The required shape is given in a very easy way. Strong, tear resistant and durable it can be used for a long period of time. Excellent ability to return into main shape. Also, the wax is releasable from the rubber without using powder or any releasing spray.
Vulcanizing Instructions
Prestige Accu-Sil 20,30,40 (Low Temperature) 1-3% shrinkage
-Vulcanize at 80°C(175F) for 20 minutes (90°C for 15minutes) per layer (7mm).
-Vulcanize at 80°C(175F) for 25minutes (90°C for 20minutes) for two layers (14mm).
-Vulcanize at 80°C(175F) for 30minutes (90°C for 25minutes) for three layers (21mm).
-Each any additional layer, you need to vulcanize 5minutes more.
Prestige Accu-Sil 70,80,90 (high Temperature) 3-5% shrinkage
-Vulcanize at ,165-175 C (330-350F). for20min per layer of 7mm.
- Vulcanize at ,165-175 C (330-350F). 40minutes two layers 14mm.
- Vulcanize at ,165-175 C (330-350F). 60 minutes three layers of 21mm.
Any additional layer you must extend the vulcanizing time 10 min.
