Piping Rock 5 Mg Melatonin
I really liked these 5 mg fast dissolving melatonin. I take one at bedtime and they help me fall asleep fast! They taste really good too. They’re easy to take and dissolve quickly. I also like the quantity for your buck!

Improves sleep quality and longevity.
I personally think these taste amazing, they help me get to sleep when I take them with my other sleep meds, my girlfriend does not like the taste of them but she also chews them up, I let them dissolve. Great deal and I would buy them again!
