Our pastured pork comes as a box of mixed cuts of pork in your choice of 10-100 lbs and is priced at $14.00/lb for the exact weight of your order. To order more than 100lbs, please get in touch by email, and we can arrange a custom deposit amount along with volume pricing (5-8% savings).

**Please note - if you would like some pork from our 2025 butcher, please be in touch directly by email to place an order. We have smoked hams, pork chops, roasts and a few other cuts still available. Use this form for your Fall 2026 orders only.**  

Your mixed box of cuts will include a portion of items like smoked hams, smoked bacon, and sausages, as well as cuts like roasts, pork chops, ground pork, ribs, stewing meat, tenderloin, and soup bones, depending on the size of your order. We can accommodate some cutting preferences, respecting the overall portions of the pig. For example, a 30 lb order would contain approximately the following, but keep in mind that the mix will vary a little from year to year:

• 2 x 3 lbs shoulder or ham roasts
• 3 lbs ground pork
• 6-7 lbs pork chops
• 1-2 lbs ribs
• 1 lb stewing pork
• 2 x 2 lbs smoked hams
• 3-4 lbs sausages
• 3 lbs bacon
  

When you place your order, we charge you approximately 50% of your final total. Making a deposit at the time of ordering helps us pay for costs that we incur throughout the growing season, like feed and labour. When you collect your order, we will subtract your deposited amount from your full order total and just your remaining amount will be due at that time.

We buy our weaned young piglets from Peabody Farm in Low. They spend 8 months with us where they are fed 100% certified organic grains purchased directly from a certified organic grain farmer in our region, along with extra skim milk or whey from our cows, and some veggies from our garden. They spend their days in a forested pasture rooting up grubs and snacking on what they find. They are processed at a government inspected facility.

Your pork will be available for on-farm pickup or neighbourhood delivery. Neighbourhood delivery is available in Wakefield, Chelsea, Hull, and Ottawa, with a $10 fee for delivery.
