Realizzato da Pierre Frick, questo Crmant d'Alsace ottenuto da un assemblaggio di cuve di pinot blanc, auxerrois e pinot gris. La fermentazione avviene spontaneamente su lieviti indigeni, e lo spumante sosta almeno 12 18 mesi sui lieviti prima della sboccatura. Le uve sono coltivate

Bottle leaks

great product, the only complaint is the bottle leaks. It seems to be all brands of liquid spray repellents. I double bag in ziplocks but it is still a mess. The company that can figure that out will have us travellers eternally grateful!
