Al palato ha una bella struttura, con aromi fini ed eleganti, bella trama tannica e decisa mineralit. Il Gattinara Riserva DOCG di Travaglini viene prodotto solo nelle migliori annate. La fermentazione avviene in serbatoi di acciaio inox per circa 15 giorni a temperatura controllata.
Colore granato intenso. Allolfatto esprime un bouquet che unisce agli aromi di rosa, frutta rossa, ciliegia, liquirizia, delicati sentori speziati e una nitida mineralità. Al palato ha una bella struttura, con aromi fini ed eleganti, bella trama tannica e decisa mineralità.Il Gattinara Riserva DOCG di Travaglini viene prodotto solo nelle migliori annate. La fermentazione avviene in serbatoi di acciaio inox per circa 15 giorni a temperatura controllata. Il vino matura complessivamente per 4 anni, di cui 3 anni in botti di rovere di Slavonia e una piccola percentuale in legni più piccoli. Segue un affinamento in bottiglia di 8 mesi.
Accompagna molto bene piatti saporiti base di carne rosse, arrosto, stufate o in umido e selvaggina.
