Stacked caffeine and alpha-yohimbine for that killer pre-workout rush

Insane Labz Psychotic Hellboy is a high-stim pre-workout that hits you with aggressive energy. It's built to make your workouts feel intense by stacking different stims with just enough performance boosters. This isn't a see-every-dose, science-perfect label. It's made for that raw, edgy feel that experienced users love from the Psychotic line.

The setup is a 5.3g blend with Beta-Alanine, L-Taurine, L-Citrulline Malate 2:1, L-Tyrosine, Caffeine Anhydrous, Infinergy di-caffeine malate, Caffeine Citrate, AMPiberry, and Rauwolfia vomitoria extract standardized to alpha yohimbine. With so many ingredients in 5.3g, some aren't at full research-backed doses. Beta-alanine works best at 3.2-6.4g daily to build up carnosine in muscles and fight acid during workouts. Here, it's likely more for the tingles and some buildup than a full dose, since the blend includes stims too. L-citrulline malate 2:1 is studied at 6-8g for better blood flow and endurance, so it's probably under that. L-taurine shows up in studies at 1-6g for slight boosts in aerobic stuff, but the prop blend hides the exact amount.

L-tyrosine helps with brain chemicals like dopamine and norepinephrine. That's why it pairs well with caffeine for focus during tough sessions. Studies are iffy on direct workout gains, but

Key Highlights

  • 5.3g blend with 10 ingredients — it's tight and focused on feeling the stims hard, not on big labels or huge doses. Bottom line: this hits aggressive in the gym, not for show.
  • Three caffeine types — anhydrous for the quick hit, di-caffeine malate for longer burn, and citrate to amp it up. You get a fast kick that lasts longer than single-shot stuff.
  • Rauwolfia vomitoria extract with alpha yohimbine — this makes it feel sharper and more urgent. It's for experienced folks who want that extra edge, not newbies.
  • L-Tyrosine boosts brain chemicals for focus — it's the building block for dopamine and norepinephrine, so your stims feel more dialed in during stress.
  • Beta-alanine for fighting fatigue — it builds carnosine to buffer acid in muscles during reps. Dose is hidden, so think of it as helpful tingles and support, not full loading.
  • L-Citrulline Malate 2:1 for blood flow — it boosts arginine better than straight arginine for nitric oxide and pumps. Blend size means it's likely not maxed out for huge pumps.
  • L-Taurine for cell and workout support — it pairs with stims for hydration and muscle function. Studies show small aerobic perks at 1-6g, but exact dose here is unknown.
  • AMPiberry layers on more stim action — it backs up the caffeine for a fuller energy push. This stuff is all about the stim vibe first.

Who Is This For?

  • Guys who handle high stims and want energy they feel, not mild. Multi-caffeine, AMPiberry, and alpha yohimbine deliver intensity for experienced users.
  • Cutters needing gym drive and hunger curb. Caffeine-rauwolfia combo helps push through deficits.
  • Short, intense session fans over long pump workouts. It's for CNS kick and energy, not max citrulline.
  • Intermediate-advanced who get prop blends and pick for feel. If you know tingles and multi-stims, this clicks.
  • Morning trainers wanting quick kick and sustain. Multi-caffeine gives onset plus window.
  • Those bored with tame pre's. Alpha yohimbine adds the aggressive feel they crave.

How to Use

Start with half scoop to check tolerance, especially with multi-caffeine and rauwolfia. If good, full scoop in 8-12 oz cold water 20-30 minutes before. Empty stomach helps the hit come faster. Skip stacking with other stims till you know. Pairs great with creatine since this is stim-focused. For more pump, add separate citrulline. Use for heavy days to avoid tolerance. Store sealed, cool, dry — powders clump with moisture. Avoid 6-8 hours before bed unless you're a stim pro.

What to Expect

0-10 minutes: Drink up, chill, maybe feel the build if you're used to strong pre's. 10-20 minutes: Stims kick in, plus tingles if beta-alanine hits you. 20-40 minutes: Peak time — caffeine layers, tyrosine, and rauwolfia give sharp focus and drive. 40-90 minutes: Energy holds thanks to multi-source setup. First week: Mostly instant stim feel. 2-4 weeks: Possible better burn tolerance if beta-alanine adds up, but hidden dose means it's not a sure thing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Psychotic Hellboy a high-stim pre-workout?

Yes. The formula combines caffeine anhydrous, di-caffeine malate, caffeine citrate, AMPiberry, and rauwolfia vomitoria extract standardized to alpha yohimbine, which places it firmly in the high-stim category rather than the moderate everyday-pre category.

How much caffeine is in Psychotic Hellboy per scoop?

The exact total caffeine is not disclosed because the active ingredients are contained within a 5.3g proprietary blend. What we can say confidently is that it uses multiple caffeine sources, so the real-world energy feel is likely stronger and more layered than a simple single-source caffeine formula.

Does this pre-workout have a proprietary blend?

Yes, the active ingredients are grouped into a 5.3g blend rather than listed with individual amounts. That means you cannot verify the exact dose of beta-alanine, taurine, citrulline malate, tyrosine, or the stimulant components against clinical research ranges.

Will this give me a big pump?

It includes L-citrulline malate 2:1 for nitric oxide and blood-flow support, but because the formula packs 10 actives into a 5.3g blend, it is unlikely to provide a fully clinical pump dose. This is much more of a stim-first pre-workout than a dedicated pump product.

Why are there three caffeine forms in this formula?

Each source contributes a slightly different feel. Caffeine anhydrous is known for fast impact, caffeine citrate can contribute to a quick onset due to solubility, and di-caffeine malate is commonly used to extend the energy curve so the session does not fall off as quickly.

What does the rauwolfia extract do?

Rauwolfia vomitoria standardized to alpha yohimbine adds a sharper, more aggressive stimulant character. It is one of the reasons this product is better suited to experienced users who specifically want an edgy, hard-hitting pre-workout feel.

Should beginners use Psychotic Hellboy?

Generally no. Between the stacked caffeine sources and alpha yohimbine, this formula is much better suited to advanced stimulant users than to beginners still learning how they respond to pre-workout ingredients.

How should I dose it the first time?

Start with 1/2 scoop 20-30 minutes pre-workout to assess tolerance. If you handle that well, move to a full scoop on another training day rather than jumping straight to the maximum experience.

Can I stack this with coffee or a fat burner?

Not casually. Because the exact stimulant totals are undisclosed and the formula already includes multiple caffeine forms plus alpha yohimbine, adding more stimulants can push the experience into uncomfortable territory quickly.

What should I stack with Psychotic Hellboy for better performance support?

A standalone creatine monohydrate is the most logical add-on because this formula focuses more on stimulation than foundational ergogenic coverage. If you also want better pump support, adding a separate clinical-dose citrulline or nitrate product makes more sense than relying on the proprietary blend.

Baby bumps and bodyguards
Format: Kindle
Dark, emotional, and unexpectedly tender, Not Ready is an omegaverse romance that delivers found family feels, fierce protectiveness, and a very pregnant heroine who refuses to break. Vale’s on the run from a stalker, but lands in the arms of three private security alphas, cue the swoony tension, fake marriage twist, and slow-burn heat. It’s a little gritty, a little soft, and a whole lot addictive. If you love protective alphas, high stakes, and heroines with quiet strength, this one’s a must-read.

Strong Omegaverse Comfort and a Attention Grabbing Plot
Format: Kindle
Jillian West never misses when it comes to Omegaverse, and Not Ready is no exception. This story was the perfect blend of cozy comfort and emotional depth while still delivering a strong plot. Vale is such a powerful heroine, she is strong, capable, and determined but I love that she still allows her pack to love and take care of her. It’s that balance of independence and vulnerability that makes her so relatable. The relationship dynamics were amazing: Bishop is steadfast and completely head over heels, Mercy is skeptical but protective in his own way, and Holt is the hesitant one whose slow fall is so satisfying to watch unfold. The romance hits that sweet spot between insta-love and cautious build, keeping me hooked the entire way through. And that ending. Oh my god, the cliffhanger! I need the next book in this duet immediately.

Interesting
Format: Kindle
So I will say I enjoyed the story, for sure had its moments where it dragged but it was a great story. I really liked that omegas picked their alphas/make the pack. Normally the Alphas make it and the omega fits in with them which is great but I enjoyed this new version where all the power basically went to the omega. It was a nice change of pace. I can admit some of the weird bedroom stuff with her being pregnant was odd, it’s really not hard to do stuff when pregnant (I know I’ve had two and it’s normal and even encouraged at the end especially if you want the baby out). But I like the story as a whole and will read the second, I do hope the next one isn’t dragged bc it stopped being action or tense after she met her alphas and I don’t think it was brought up or properly done when they tried to do it. More sweet after she left.

I’m a little disappointed.
Format: Kindle
I usually like Jillian West’s books but this one was missing a lot for me. The pregnancy didn’t come across as real. She’s on her feet for 12 hour days but is perfectly healthy at 8 months pregnant? Yet the week she moves in all of a sudden she’s not? She is planning on actually running during one of the plot buildups. But at 8 months pregnant that’s incredibly hard to do. The lack of breathing ability and lung space, the change in body center, mass, and gravity. All of it prohibits running, unless you’re an athlete this didn’t come off as at all realistic. I didn’t feel any connection with the alphas. There wasn’t any emotional connection. It could be because of the tense it was written in. But I didn’t get any deep feelings out of this. It came across as checking off boxes. Even the spicy scenes weren’t really believable for me. I wanted to see them fall for her, and it just kind of all fizzled. Even Bishop. One thing I did really like was the ending. I did not see it coming and I’m interested in reading book two because of it. But on the whole this book was mostly disappointing for me.
