The blend undergoes a meticulous fermentation process, with Barbados and Trinidad rums fermenting for 73 hours and Jamaica's for an extensive two weeks, followed by a combination of distillation techniques, including pot stills, column stills, and the traditional Ferrand Copper Pot Still in France.
This rum is a tribute to Reverend Stiggins, a Charles Dickens character known for his love of pineapple rum. The pineapple's bark is infused and redistilled with Planteray 3 Stars rum, while its sweet flesh is macerated in the Original Dark rum.
