Common use:
Promotes physical & mental relaxation; relieves occasional sleeplessness; helps ease muscle discomfort; calms emotional stress; herbal muscle relaxant; menstrual cramps; head discomforts; menopausal health (hot flashes, emotional well-being).
Suggested directions:
Pour 1 cup of boiling water over ½ to 1 teaspoonful of herb; steep 4-7 minutes, then strain. Drink 1-2 cups of tea daily.
