Built-in internal and external fins transfer heat from the fluid to the outside air for maximum cooling. This transmission pan is constructed out of durable die-cast A380 aluminum with reinforced ribs and either a wrinkle black powder-coated finish with machined fins or a raw aluminum finish for maximum strength and styling. This cover fits the 727, 518, 618, 47RH, 47RE, 48RE transmission and is supplied with a filter for a hassle free installation. No modification to the dipstick is needed.
IMPORTANT NOTE:- RTV is supplied to be used instead of a traditional gasket
- A traditional gasket is compatible if desired
