To prepare, open the pouch and remove the oxygen absorber. Slowly add hot water as indicated on the label. Stir as you pour, close the pouch and wait 5 minutes for the food to rehydrate. Stir again and enjoy your meal straight out of the pouch.

Parboiled Long Grain Rice (22%), Chopped Tomatoes (14.6%), Diced Onions, Red Kidney Beans (15.4%), Tomato Puree (10%), Cooked Minced Beef (Beef, Rosemary Extract) (11.5%), Rapeseed Oil, Garlic Puree, Granulated Sugar, Chilli Powder, Salt.
