Nose - A complex, fruity and floral white rhum with a mineral touch specific to sugar cane which has grown in the volcanic rock found on the slopes of Mount Pelée.
Palate - Light to begin before flavours of soft, sweet fruit develop with an elegant floral touch. This is followed by a blend of sugar cane, orange blossom and banana notes paired with spicy touches of pepper and tobacco.
