What started out as a study on the Fruit of the Spirit (found in Galatians 5:23) evolved into Rooted - a study on the rich spiritual realities that come before, and ultimately lead to, bearing authentic fruit of the Spirit of God. Just like a strong tree that bears bountiful fruit requires a deep and healthy root system, so we must be firmly rooted in Christ and filled with His Spirit to bear His kind of fruit. Good spiritual fruit is what we see on the outside, but the hidden roots is where it all begins - below the surface, deep in the heart and mind. 

The health of the roots determines the health of the fruits. 

We pray this study will bring to life some of the richest spiritual realities found in God’s Word, and that you would be transformed by them. Our prayer for you echoes those of Paul in Colossians: 

“So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.” (Colossians 2:6-7)
