HTP Freedom 235 Pulse - Collision Repair Package

Have a certification coming up for 1.0 /1.2mm 5356 or 5554 Aluminum?  Or are you in need of a machine for MIG Brazing Silicon Bronze? The Pro Pulse 220 Collision repair package has got you covered.  This package has the current Pro Pulse 220 programs but adds 3 new programs: 4043 .040 Pulsed and PAW wire, 5356 .040 Pulsed and PAW programs and 5554 .040 Pulse and PAW programs. (Please note-you might need to pick up an extra roll of wire as back up for the test)

The  HTP Freedom 235P —a multi-process machine capable of MIG, synergic MIG, synergic pulsed MIG, DC TIG, and Stick—offers a manual mode as well as pre programmed synergic programs, both with and without pulse, giving you the advantage of a virtually spatter free weld! Parameter selection on pulsed process welders can be complex, but the Freedom 235 P features synergic technology, making parameter selection more intuitive and automatic. In fact, the Freedom 235P, with its three-step process, makes setup a breeze and gets you welding in minutes—simply select your process, wire diameter, and material thickness during automated setup. The 8 square inch LCD featured on the Freedom 235P adds to setup simplicity by telling you which gas your application requires; the LCD also enables you to easily view and adjust your weld parameters.

Pulse welding on mild steel (only available for .030 wire) gives you excellent penetration, due to the extremely hot spray arc, and also gives you perfect puddle control for both in- and out-of-position welding. Remarkably, the Pro Pulse 220 MTS, when used on clean material, provides a virtually spatter free weld—from start to finish—which results in a very smooth bead appearance, with no need for cleanup.

You can also weld aluminum with or without pulse. Our advanced, synergic programs and the Swiss-made wire feed assembly featured on the Freedom 235P enables you to feed aluminum wire with repeatable precision through our standard MIG welding gun. The ability to maintain a stable and smooth arc at 22 amps allows you to weld aluminum as thin as 1/32" (0.031"). Our pre-programmed Double Pulse program allows you to make "MIG like TIG" welds with the desired "stack of dimes" look. And for all welders who are in a hurry and never have time to preheat aluminum, the Freedom 235P features a built-in hot start function, which lets you set a predetermined amount of time that you weld at a hotter setting before switching back to your standard setting. We also incorporated a crater fill function for aluminum welding, which minimizes crater cracks in your welds. Since 4043 and 5356 aluminum alloys feed and weld differently, the Freedom 235P comes set up with programs for both.

In addition to mild steel and aluminum, we also included programs that allow you to pulse weld stainless steel. Again, pulse welding stainless steel provides nearly spatter free welding. We also included the option to adjust pre- and post-flow gas, as well as slope down for MIG, which allows your stainless welds to turn out "like TIG".

And for those who weld galvanized steel or sheet metal, we included a silicon bronze program that allows you to weld silicon bronze with a pulsed spray arc. A pulsed spray arc enables you to weld galvanized steel or sheet metal without melting the zinc coating or without distorting the sheet metal. Lastly, we included gas-less flux-cored programs, as well as gas shielded flux-cored programs for your structural welding and fabrication needs. A simple polarity reversal on the front of the machine allows you to weld using flux-cored wire without shielding gas. You also want to reverse polarity for TIG welding.

A light-weight design makes the HTP FREEDOM 235P the ideal MIG for use both in the workshop and on the job site, and the multi-process nature of the machine offers nearly endless possibilities when welding.

Please note: We test all 25 Series MIG guns for welding aluminum prior to shipment so you may notice slight signs of wear or use.

Built for people who love nugget ice!
Color: Piano Black
If you love nugget ice, this machine delivers exactly what you’re hoping for - soft, chewable, restaurant-quality pellet ice at home, consistently and quickly. The biggest differentiator is speed and volume. It produces up to 35 lbs per day, and the first batch is ready fast. The ice texture is true crushed pebble/nugget style - not hard cubes disguised as “pellet” ice. It’s ideal for iced coffee, sparkling water, cocktails, and entertaining. The stainless steel exterior feels premium and modern on the countertop. Noise level is typical for a countertop ice maker, noticeable but not disruptive. It’s not silent, but it’s absolutely reasonable for the output.

Short life span
Color: Piano Black
We really liked this ice maker. The good-the water reservoir and ice basket are larger than in our last one, so we only refilled this one maybe once a day (family of 4). The ice didn't build up on the side and trigger the ice maker full shut off like our previous one. It is quieter than our last one too, and seemed to make ice just as fast. The bad-it doesn't turn itself back on as the ice melts and refills the water reservoir. The really bad-we've only used distilled and RO water in it. We've been fighting with it for a couple of months now to get it to make ice. We've cleaned it over and over with the cleaning solution. We also cleaned the vents as suggested with a vacuum and compressed air. It's to the point that it literally makes 2 ice cubes every time we start it, and that's it. We bought it 6 months, and we're giving up on it. We'll try another brand.

Almost Perfect
Color: Piano Black
Came from another ice maker and I miss two things: 1) size. This unit is tiny. It might be good if it’s just for you and maybe one other person, but for a family of four where everyone uses ice for their drinks and water bottles around the clock, this was constantly empty and needing more water. 2) the ability to start making ice on its own after there’s enough water. It has a sensor to tell you when it’s full of ice and it has a sensor to tell you when the water level is low, but it doesn’t have a sensor to tell it when the water has been refilled. You have to push the “ice making” button twice to get it to restart. Not a huge problem, but if you’re like me and leave your ice machine on 24hrs a day, you could come back to an empty ice machine after the ice in the basket melts. With my old ice maker, the machine would sense the water was low and stop. But then all the ice that was already made and in the basket would melt and fill the reservoir again and the machine would sense that and start back up on making a new batch small gripes, I know. Overall, it’s a nice, cute little ice maker and my kids love nugget ice.

Compact, lightweight, and useful milk frother.
I ordered the Electric Handheld Milk Frother in the Starlight Black color. I don’t drink coffee, let alone fancy coffees where I would normally need a milk frother, so I bought this for one reason and one reason only: scrambled eggs. I make a ton of scrambled eggs. Now, I can whisk eggs by hand just as well as the next person, and I’m not entirely convinced a frother whips them better than I can, but regular whisks take up a ton of room in my drawers and this does not. I really just wanted something compact that could whip my eggs into a nice frothy consistency without taking up much space. Even better, this one looks nice enough to just leave sitting on the counter where I can grab it easily. I will note that although I can hand whisk easily enough, there are many people who cannot due to arthritis or other issues, and this whisk is a brilliant tool for them. If you actually want to use a frother for other things, this one does perform very well. It has three speeds and comes with three different attachments: a spring whisk for latte and cappuccino foam, a balloon whisk for eggs and cream, and a hook whisk for blending protein powders or mixes without lumps. I actually ended up using the hook whisk while making pot roast. I mixed the seasoning packet with water using this frother and it blended everything perfectly with no lumps at all. The frother itself is lightweight, pretty quiet, and very easy to clean. The attachments detach easily and just need a quick rinse under soapy water. It also comes with a magnetic wireless charging dock that uses the included USB-C cable. The docking connection is simple and secure, and charging has been completely hassle-free so far. The LED display shows battery levels at 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%, which is useful for knowing when it needs to be charged. Overall, it’s a simple, convenient kitchen gadget that does exactly what I wanted it to do and I am quite satisfied with it.
