The Edge Product 33551-3 Pulsar Tuning Module & Insight CTS3 Kit is a feature laden package that will help you get the most out of your 2019-2022 Ram 5.7L Hemi. The Pulsar removes unnecessary wires in the engine bay as this module is an in-line computer that attaches directly to the truck’s PCM. The Edge can control the vehicles programming to optimize throttle response, performance gains, MDS controls, and more by connecting directly to the PCM. The end user can also adjust the speedometer if you change the gear ratio or run different tire sizes in your truck with the Pulsar. The Pulsar has 8 levels that can be changed by using the Insight CTS3 or with the vehicle cruise control + and - buttons on the steering wheel. The Edge Insight CTS3 monitor allows you to keep an eye on your vehicle’s parameters and control the 8 power levels on-the-fly. The power levels are displayed on the truck’s dashboard as well as the Insight CTS3 monitor. The Pulsar module does not require any cutting or splicing to wire it into your truck and installs in minutes.

Edit: Customer service actually did offer to replace it. Received the new set and it works fine. Nice set. Only gripe is I think that the motor could be a little stronger. Sounds like it’s struggling at times.
Received a defective item reached out to customer support for Circle joy and they’re basically saying that it’s user error and not a defect in their product, even though I explained to them that the other one works fine. When adjusting the coarseness on one of the grinders, the grinder ends up loosening up, which ends up with you spilling the pepper corns everywhere. It’s a nice set if it worked right but for $40 I expect her device to be a little more polished.

so far so good. I cook a couple times a day. I also have bad RA in my joints. this product has really helped already. from the clean size adjustment to the ease of charging. Like i have owned it for years is how easy this product has entered my kitchen routine. strong product and hygenic because you adjust the grind from twisting the body, not messing inside the grinder.

Good looker but terrible performance

I purchased the product and the base would not attach from the charging module. This is their big selling point. I requested a replacement and sadly the replacement was of the same batch run as the original soo…. Yeah that base would not detach. There are videos showing how easy it is to detach base from charging module. Not theses units. Circle Joy customer service is an @gmail.com. They said base is not designed to be removed frequently. I reminded them the separation feature is their highlighted feature. I was just looking for a base. Circle Joy said no…. If I do not like either unit just return them to Amazon.???? In the meantime, after maybe a dozen grinds, the original unit quit grinding normally and would barely grind at all. I shook it out and it worked again but doesn’t sound right. Two takeaways: 1) Poor product quality. 2) I am sooo done with trying to work with Amazon on replacement items. Save yourself a tone of aggravation and just return the order and reorder if you dare. Otherwise good looking and heavy feel and works great about 10 times. Too bad so sad. Now I have this huge return hassle with Amazon.
