Installation Guide

Safety First: Securely lift the front of the vehicle and support it with jack stands. Remove wheels and disconnect shocks.

Accessing the Beam: Loosen the center grub screw (locking screw) on the beam tubes. Depending on your setup, you will likely need to remove the spindles and trailing arms to slide the old leaf stacks out.

Removal: Slide the old, worn torsion leaves out from the side of the beam tubes.

Clean & Inspect: Use a rag or wire brush to clean out any old, hardened grease from inside the beam tubes. Inspect the center block for any wear or damage.

Preparation: Apply a heavy coat of high-quality chassis grease to the new leaf stack. Do not skip this step; proper lubrication is essential to prevent internal friction and noise.

Insertion: Carefully slide the new leaf packs into the tubes. Ensure the center dimple in the leaf stack aligns perfectly with the center grub screw hole in the beam.

Securement: Tighten the center grub screws and secure them with their jam nuts.

Reassembly: Reinstall your trailing arms (ensuring they seat correctly on the leaf ends), spindles, shocks, and wheels.

Post-Install: Always perform a test drive and have a professional alignment done after any major suspension work.
