In cantina la fermentazione è svolta in acciaio ed è seguita da un’affinamento a contatto con le fecce nobili in vasche di cemento, per almeno 6 mesi. Profumato e succoso, è un rosso versatile capace di ritrarre fedelmente il territorio di origine.
