Pure diesel fuel fed into your injector system is the starting point for everything in your truck. Impurities in your diesel or inadequate fuel flow can cause expensive damage to your engine and injector system. Factory fuel systems are not geared to support higher horsepower and are prone to issues causing unneeded wear and tear along with a slow decline in fuel efficiency. Improper diesel fuel pressure and low purity can cause engine damage and lower your fuel economy. Upgrade from your stock system to FASS's No Drop Series Fuel System Kit and improve both diesel pressure and filtration. This kit starts with a Titanium Series Plus fuel system offering advanced filtration that removes water, air, and debris from your diesel fuel at a 2-micron rating.  Plus, with the included easy-to-install sump pump you can rest assured that as long as there is still diesel in the tank your pressure won't drop.

Now with an added Heat Sink to the Titanium Plus line of FASS Fuel Pumps. This Heat Sink lowers internal motor temperature by up to 20 degrees, extends the life of the already proven million-mile motor, and adds a clean, upgraded appearance to the system.

The Titanium Signature Series PLUS Fuel System is designed for customers who want all the performance and protection of a FASS Titanium Signature Series fuel system with upgraded black anodized ORB (O‑Ring Boss) fittings at the filter base and all black anodized AN‑style fittings throughout.

Which Flow Rate should you choose?

When upgrading your fuel system, choosing the right GPH (gallons per hour) rating isn't about picking the highest number; it's about matching your pump to your truck's real-world demands. A FASS aftermarket fuel system doesn't just supply fuel; it improves filtration, removes air/vapor, and ensures your injection system gets consistent, reliable pressure. But choosing between 100, 165, 250, and 290 GPH? That's where a lot of people get stuck.

100 GPH: Stock Reliability Upgrade (Stock-600 HP)

  • Perfect for stock trucks or mild setups. If you want to eliminate factory fuel issues and improve reliability without overbuilding your system, this is the ideal choice.

165 GPH: Daily Driver + Towing Sweet Spot (600-1000 HP)

  • Best for trucks with some tuning or regularly towing. This is the most popular option for owners who want extra fuel capacity without going overkill.

250 GPH: Performance Builds (1000-1200 HP)

  • Designed for higher horsepower setups with increased fuel demand. Ideal for trucks running upgraded injectors or pushing harder under load.

290 GPH: Maximum Fuel Delivery (1200-1500 HP)

  • Built for high-performance or future-proof builds. If you’re planning big power or want maximum fuel supply with room to grow, this is the top-tier option.

FASS Fuel Systems engineered the Titanium Series diesel fuel lift pump to be the top-performing, longest-lasting, and most reliable aftermarket filtration system in the diesel industry. The Titanium Series lift pump is capable of supporting your GM Duramax 6.6L diesel engine with enough fuel for multiple fueling system upgrades. A Titanium Series lift pump also offers advanced filtration that helps protect your Duramax's injection system, effectively extending the life of your Injection Pump and Injectors. These benefits include a 2-micron filtration rating, a built-in water-separation filter, and FASS Fuel Systems' patented air/vapor removal process. Duramax diesel engines are known for injector failures; several factors can cause them, and FASS Filtration Systems is designed to eliminate those that are fuel-related.

  • FASS Whisper Technology (FWT) was developed by the engineering team at FASS Fuel Systems to reduce the noise generated by aftermarket diesel lift pumps for fuel and air separation. By using radius cuts, tighter tolerances on all gears, and a high-quality, military-specification coating over the aluminum base, FASS Fuel Systems developed the quietest fuel-air separation system on the market.
  • Performance Radius Cuts (PRC) are an advanced machining technique used to improve fuel flow through the diesel lift pump by creating smooth, flowing cuts in the aluminum housing. This prevents the reintroduction of air and vapor into the fuel and also prevents stagnant fuel pockets from forming in the corner of a 90-degree bend. FASS Fuel Systems Titanium Series Diesel Fuel Pumps are the only Fuel Air Separation System that incorporates these exclusive Performance Radius Cuts; lesser competitors commonly use T-Bone and square 90-degree fittings that can limit fuel flow, cause restrictions, and reintroduce air back into your fuel.
  • Mass Flow Return (MFR) technology is used to continually “polish" your fuel by keeping a positive pressure on the fuel being delivered to the engine and returning the fuel that's not yet needed back to the tank after it has been passed through the filtration process, removing dirt, air, vapor, and water. This means your fuel is constantly moved and cleaned, ensuring your diesel truck always has the freshest, cleanest fuel possible.
  • Bolt-on bracket mounts are another huge benefit to the Titanium Series lift pumps. Old mounting styles required drilling or welding when mounting your new pump. This is simplified with bolt-on brackets that utilize your Chevy's bed bolt, the bolt that secures your truck bed to your frame. Mounting your Titanium Series lift pump takes only minutes, and all brackets are made from machined steel for superior support and strength.

Unleash the full potential of your GM 6.6L Duramax with the FASS Titanium Signature Series Plus Fuel System, available in four different flow rates: 100, 165, 250 and 290 GPH. Designed for unparalleled performance and dependability, these systems provide precise fuel delivery, advanced filtration, and robust reliability for stock to heavily modified trucks.

Baby bumps and bodyguards
Format: Kindle
Dark, emotional, and unexpectedly tender, Not Ready is an omegaverse romance that delivers found family feels, fierce protectiveness, and a very pregnant heroine who refuses to break. Vale’s on the run from a stalker, but lands in the arms of three private security alphas, cue the swoony tension, fake marriage twist, and slow-burn heat. It’s a little gritty, a little soft, and a whole lot addictive. If you love protective alphas, high stakes, and heroines with quiet strength, this one’s a must-read.

Strong Omegaverse Comfort and a Attention Grabbing Plot
Format: Kindle
Jillian West never misses when it comes to Omegaverse, and Not Ready is no exception. This story was the perfect blend of cozy comfort and emotional depth while still delivering a strong plot. Vale is such a powerful heroine, she is strong, capable, and determined but I love that she still allows her pack to love and take care of her. It’s that balance of independence and vulnerability that makes her so relatable. The relationship dynamics were amazing: Bishop is steadfast and completely head over heels, Mercy is skeptical but protective in his own way, and Holt is the hesitant one whose slow fall is so satisfying to watch unfold. The romance hits that sweet spot between insta-love and cautious build, keeping me hooked the entire way through. And that ending. Oh my god, the cliffhanger! I need the next book in this duet immediately.

Interesting
Format: Kindle
So I will say I enjoyed the story, for sure had its moments where it dragged but it was a great story. I really liked that omegas picked their alphas/make the pack. Normally the Alphas make it and the omega fits in with them which is great but I enjoyed this new version where all the power basically went to the omega. It was a nice change of pace. I can admit some of the weird bedroom stuff with her being pregnant was odd, it’s really not hard to do stuff when pregnant (I know I’ve had two and it’s normal and even encouraged at the end especially if you want the baby out). But I like the story as a whole and will read the second, I do hope the next one isn’t dragged bc it stopped being action or tense after she met her alphas and I don’t think it was brought up or properly done when they tried to do it. More sweet after she left.

I’m a little disappointed.
Format: Kindle
I usually like Jillian West’s books but this one was missing a lot for me. The pregnancy didn’t come across as real. She’s on her feet for 12 hour days but is perfectly healthy at 8 months pregnant? Yet the week she moves in all of a sudden she’s not? She is planning on actually running during one of the plot buildups. But at 8 months pregnant that’s incredibly hard to do. The lack of breathing ability and lung space, the change in body center, mass, and gravity. All of it prohibits running, unless you’re an athlete this didn’t come off as at all realistic. I didn’t feel any connection with the alphas. There wasn’t any emotional connection. It could be because of the tense it was written in. But I didn’t get any deep feelings out of this. It came across as checking off boxes. Even the spicy scenes weren’t really believable for me. I wanted to see them fall for her, and it just kind of all fizzled. Even Bishop. One thing I did really like was the ending. I did not see it coming and I’m interested in reading book two because of it. But on the whole this book was mostly disappointing for me.

Vale is an 8 month pregnant omega working as a waitress at a strip club and a cam girl. She starts to get very creepy vibes from a regular at the club, and her baby daddy ghosted her. She has had an online relationship with a man named Bishop through her cam girl status. One night, bishop was paying to watch her sleep and ansthe creepy regular Andrew break in and watch her sleep he tells vale to come to him at his business now. She flees and finds herself at a large security company with some.hot of alphas who are there to help her. This imegaverse is a little different than I have read, but I am thoroughly enjoying it. Vale is not a traditional omega she was raised by a single beta mom, and the alphas are not normal alphas they have never really loved pack life. But they are ruthless mercenaries. They need her, and she needs them. I love the aspect of the stalker and now the plot twists at the end, so so good. Sometimes, it seemed a little slow and stale mated, but since this a duet, I think It was just her starting to have Vale get to know her alpha suitors. Cliffhanger for sure with this one.
